Josh arrived on time. As he took apart the furnace he explained how it worked and what he was doing to improve the performance. He was very pleasant and professional.

Great. Josh was on time and polite. He checked out our 'older' furnace and explained what he could and could not do. He also answered my questions regarding replacing the furnace.

The installation and integration and removal of all packing material and debris was completed in less than one day and went as smoothly as one could expect. Nathan, who has serviced our unit in the past was the lead installer and with his assistant were able to completer the work quickly and efficiently from the time they arrived in the morning to the time they departed in the early afternoon. After 2 weeks, we asked Nathan to return to make a slight adjustment to the unit's crossover point from heat exchanger to emergency heat. He did so and we have not had any problem with the unit since its installation a year ago. Since the old heat exchanger was out of warranty, we believe we have a good value in the 10-year parts and compressor warranty and the 2-year service agreement with the new unit.

They came as scheduled. Inspected and cleaned the unit. Clean bill of health. All went smoothly.

They did not do the work promised, over all the tech was lazy.

Our relative is very pleased with the system and thought Josh and team did a great job. They went above and beyond by removing an old hot water tank that was no longer in use and needed hauled away - something her husband was going to do but never go to it. After more than a week of service it is working fine and she loves the humidification.

My home sold and after the home inspection, it was noted that the blower motor on furnace was not working correctly. I called Favret and they were able to come out in a timely manner. The serviceman was on time, checked the info I had from the realtor, checked the furnace, and told me what he would have to do. He did the work and showed me what he had done. He was very helpful and I felt comfortable with him in my home.

I guess ok. I expected a bit more however. He came and looked at the furnace and stated that it looks good and everything seemed to be in order. No cleaning was required he stated. He was here less than 15 minutes. I based this experience from previous companies checking and cleaning our furnace and other companies seemed to take more time and explained what they were doing.

Bill was prompt and reliable. This is the second time I have used him for the winter furnace safety check and inspection. He is knowledgeable, thorough and "no nonsense." Additionally, he will show you what to look for in the event something goes wrong during the winter.

I looked to see what choices there were on Angie's list for furnace inspection and found D&L. I purchased the deal online and scheduled the appointment. The work was performed in a professional manner and would use them again.

The service call went well. They showed up on-time, and gave me an estimate on a new unit. I didn't not replace my existing equipment; but, it will be done in the spring of 2013 and I will call D & L.

Mr. Dohn inspected the furnace at my Bryant gas furnace at my request because of water leaking from the bottom. He inspected the furnace, tightened the bands to end the leaks. He told me to check the furnace over the next couple of days. If fixed I could send him the charge for the service call. If leak not fixed, he would come back. He also noticed that the furance was hot to the touch in a certain area. He noticed that the furnace was hot to the touch at the top and asked if I had noticed that before. He suggested that I check to see how hot the furnace got for the next couple of days as it was a concern. He called me the next day to say that he was working on the exact same furnace and it was not at all hot to the touch after running. He asked me to run the furnace for 20 minutes and then feel the top of the furnace. I called him back stating that the furnace was very hot to the touch. Made decision to replace furnace because of safety . We scheduled time to install the new Rheem furnace. The installers arrived at time scheduled. They installed the furnace, keeping me informed of the process. They cleaned up the area after installation. The installer informed me about the operation of the new energy efficient furnace and showed me the features of the furnace. I was pleased with the service, happy to receive the information about the operation of the service and also pleased at how well they cleaned up.

The work was good. They confirmed our furnace was in good working order. They didn't try to sell us anything. The experience went good.

They didn't return my calls and haven't performed the work I paid for.

Called for estimate was very prompt in getting here to assess cost. Then we scheduled date to do install. Again, he was very prompt - got the job done quickly. Very professional - would recommend them.

Excellent. I sent Bill out to a client's home because another company had quoted her over $1000 to repair her furnace and told her she needed a new furnace. Bill said that a switch was loose and that's all that was wrong with the furnace. He fixed it and just charged me a service charge (I wanted to pay as a gift for my client).
