He called and wanted to com early, which has to be arranged with my condo bldg manager. He was a little impatient as I made the phone calls and arrangements but it worked out OK.

Bill's son and two team members came on installation day at the scheduled time. They briefed us on the work and got right to it. Our A/C unit was not working that day and it was about 90 degrees that day, but the guys worked quickly and efficiently without complaint. They arrived around 9:30 a.m. and had all of the demo/removal, relocation of the a/c compressor outside, furnace installation and all of the venting done by early afternoon around 2 p.m. They installed the furnace unit in the same footprint as our old unit and left the basement cleaner than they found it. We could not have been more please with their work. This is one of those small companies that does quality work and makes sure they do it right the first time. Much better than the large companies that send you sales people to up-sell you what you don't need. We trusted Bill to recommend and install the correct equipment at a fair price. We would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Tech was prompt and professional, no hard sell, just the facts.

Overall, went very well, Bill and his son have both been out to check the furnace now 2 yrs in a row. He is thorough and doesn't do the hard sell or have numerous upcharges like many handymen/technician comapnies. Gave me a quote on the spot because I asked for it, on a new unit as my present unit is approaching 20 yrs. Bid was competitive. Only one minor problem, and I think it was just a clerical error: he didn't show up on the actual appt day and I called him to remind him. But he was apologetic and showed up the next morning a little earlier than promised, so it was all good.

It turned out fine. The only thing is I think he made me wait possibly on appointment first thing in the morning. I would use them again in the future.

He said my furnace was fine,but my air-conditioner needed free-.on It was down a pound and a half. Bill was very nice and helpful.

The serviceman was professional, punctual and performed maintenance in a pleasant, timely manner.

The installers arrived on the day as planned. It didn't take more than a couple of hours to do the work. They cleaned up nicely after they were finished. the only problem was they didn't leave the blower as my husband had requested. the owner has promised to return it.

The provider was prompt and professional. He did more than was required by inspecting my furnace as well as my AC. All he did was inspect and it took less that 20 minutes. No repairs were required. I did ask him about a 'clunk' that my AC would make when it turned off. He could not explain it and assured me that there was no need for concern.

They came out 2 times - one for a new furnace and an A/C problem. Both times they reviewed the situation (less than 30 minutes appointments). Gave me their procedures to fix the problems, day(s) to schedule and, price. They kept their appointments, price and, finished in a clean timely manner. I am satisfied with their company and have referred them to others. I DO NOT WANT TO GIVE OUT MY ADDRESS OR THE COST OF THE SERVICES.

I have never had my air conditioner serviced. It is 19 years old. The gentleman checked it and said it was down 2 pounds. 1 pound was included in the deal. I gave him a check for $ 80.00 for the second pound. He recommended replacement of the unit and gave me a written estimate. $2500.00 The downside was I live in a condo. I am the second unit from the end. The technician (I believe he was the owner) went back and forth through my front door and out my patio door to service the unit instead of going around the building. I wasn't pleased with this especially since the grass in my patio area was recently cut and he tracked it through my first floor and down to look at my furnance in the basement. He work was fine. The air conditioner is working much better. I just wasn't happy that he wasn't more considerate of my home and tracked through it repeatedly.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. Bill came and he was really helpful. He was very good and really nice. He gave us very good tips. We were very pleased. He told us what we could do to improve the cooling system in our house.

When I first bought the deal, they called me immediately. We set up an appointment for 8/26/2013. He even called the week prior to see if anyone had came out yet. I confirmed the appointment date, and he said he would be a little bit late. He never ended up showing, and I still have not heard from him.

Just a 15 minute inspection, i was expecting and actual cleaning, my mistake for not reading the finer print.

I purchased a big deal from them. She came out and checked my air conditioner and I was well satisfied.

Bill showed up on time. Showed me how to clean the condenser's cooling fins myself twice a year to keep the unit running efficiently. Great guy. (and, he recommended a couple of great golf courses.)

Very little time spent and gentleman seemed lass that interested in doing a thorough check.

Raised this company to its level of incompetence. Missed appointment, quickie check and no follow up. Probably a good small company but when it took on the responsibility of doing Angies list special deal they bit off more than they could chew.

I purchased the big deal from Angie's List and it went well. They gave me very practical advice and just their honesty was something that stood out to me.

The service provider came in an unmarked truck carring a white bucket with no name tag. It seems like a non-professional doing the work, Within 15 minutes he said he was done and left. The provider did not check my thermostat.

Don arrived on time, was professional and personable. He responded to all of my questions, and provided the service I purchased to a high standard. I would certainly call him again. I learned a great deal through his responses to my questions, which will be helpful as we prepare to replace our current air conditioner in the next few years. I am completely satisfied!
