Repaired humidifier which had been out of service for about 2 years. They arrived earlier than schedule but were polite, worked quickly and performed just what they promised to do.

It went well. They let me know about the age of it and what are things I can do to prolong the life of it.

It was really bad. They did not open my furnace or anything and they just spent a couple of minutes. I was not satisfied with their service. They came but they didn't do anything. I don't know what he checked.

Bought big deal for furnace service. Never heard from provider. After a week called, he said he was out of town, told me to call his son. My voicemail was not returned.

Went very well. Bill was right on time and got right to work. He found I need more Freon-type product so I had him add it. Checked the furnace and found no problems. Would use them again.

Provider did a sight check of furnace. Took 10 minutes.

Very professional and good communication. So many service providers don't maintain good communication - D&L called the night before as promised and then again on their way to the house. I left a key for the technician to let himself into the house and perform the inspection and when i went back to the house, everything was in exactly as I had left the house - no dirt, doors locked, etc. Quick, Efficient and affordable.

They picked up when I called. They did a good job and were polite

It went very well and we were quite pleased with that. They came out, they checked the entire system, they cleaned stuff for us, did a full inspection and told us we were in great shape so we were very, very pleased with that. They told us they were familiar with the kind of system that we had and that they would be available for any future needs that we might have, we were very, very pleased with them. They were very friendly, very knowledgeable, polite, on time, and they were excellent. Their price is very good.

He was very nice, honest, and told me whats wrong with the unit. He told me what to expect in the future.

He did well. He just did it because I put him off for a few months because of the way my business was running, then I finally got a hold of him and he did it without question, no problem. He checked it and made sure everything was fine. I asked him a question about a false start and he said that there was nothing to worry about. He said it passed. It was on a rental property of mine. He just seemed to be an honest guy who wanted to get the work done. You can't ask for better than that. He doesn't waste your time with long conversations.

I bought this from Angieslist Big Deal. Called the provider and made an appointment. However, I waited over an hour on the appointment day and the provider didn't show up, and so I called just to find out the provider messed up with the appointment. Rescheduled to the next day. I was unable to be at home. My wife said the guy came on time and did the inspection. And as a token of apology, he added some freon for us, with no extra charge.

Contacted after business hours the night before and he was there the next morning as promised. As this is a rental property I did all business over the phone. He called when he was finished and gave me address to send a check. No hassles, very professional. Will keep him on top of my tradesman list for future issues.

Replaced more coolant than the deal called for which was good. Our system ended up having a leak but that wasnt offered to be remedied. He just did the service the deal called for and left. Was there about 30 min.

They were quick, efficient, did what was required. I would recommend them to others.

The serviceman was prompt and thorough and checked everything out like we were told he would. He also gave us some good advice on a larger A/C unit if we decide to go that way.

It was fine. We actually have the unit completely repaired after they did an inspection. It was well done and on time.

Just showed up at the door. He was early--very--and was lucky we were up and dressed. Didn't call ahead as he said he would do. Claimed he called house and cell phone numbers but we never received a call on either. Spent less than 15 minutes at out house. Didn't remove housing around outside AC unit to clean inside. Would not use him again.

Fast and efficient servicing. The technician identified that I had a long-term issue and recommended that I have a new part replaced in my a/c unit. No pressure to buy today, which I appreciated. I would use again!

I tried to schedule appointment when my husband is not at work but he called the night before and wanted to reschedule and we couldn’t because someone had double booked the appointment. He did not do everything that was listed on the checklist as far as with Angie’s list. I didn’t end up spending more than the Big Deal coupon. He did check Freon level and he did refill that for not an extra charge so in that respect he did well. I felt that it was a very rushed job so that he could get back across town and get to the other appointment. The price was special and it was great.

I wouldn’t do it again. It seemed like they were in a big hurry to knock off as many of these things as quickly as they could. They came out and did the absolute minimum required. There was a problem with the air conditioner that we wanted them to look at. While they did the cleaning that they said they would, they offered no opinions as to what possible causes or solutions there might be. They didn’t even try and sell us any repair work. They came in, did their thing and they vanished. We were kind of hoping to get a little bit of a clue as to what might be causing the problems that we were having, what might be done about it and how much it might cost. They seemed really disinterested. The scheduling was more my problem than theirs to get them to come out. The pricing was good. With regard to punctuality, he set an appointment and he was here at the appointed time.

He always his calls quickly. He's extremely trust worthy and I've purchased Big Deals for my friends to use him who were also satisfied.
