Priority Roofing

Description of Work: After rain, my bathroom ceiling was leaking from the ceiling exhaust fan. I asked him to check both exhaust fans in the two bathrooms since I had noticed some water marks around both fans. Angie's list gave me a few names. I called this one because it was close to my house and answered my call promptly. He came out while I was at work and fixed both exhaust fans from outside. He quoted me the approximate cost on the phone. and did bill me later by mail. I was very pleased. My ceilings in both bathrooms have not leaked since. The cost was a bit higher than I had hoped, but the job was done promptly and well.

Description of Work: A Guy came to the door and wanted to know if I wanted a couple of shingles on my roof replaced. I said sure. Then he asked if I could help him and provide a ladder or help him with his. He did not want a check, only cash. I had no problem with the work replacing shingles. Then, he asked if I wanted him to caulk around some areas on the roof (vents, chimney). He said he would only charge 110.00 and finally agreed to a check. He was back at the door in less than 5 minutes saying he was done. I said how could you be done that fast and he said he was quick. I cannot see that well and certainly cannot go up on the roof to verify so I paid him but will never do business with them and will not recommend them.
