Don arrived at my house on time. He was very professional and polite. When we talked on the phone he said it would take approximately an hour to do the job and it did. His price came in under the estimate he quoted. I would definitely recommend him.

I initially called Don for an estimate for an expansion tank. He checked the water lines and measured the pressure, and determined that an expansion tank wasn't needed. A week later, he came to cap an exterior gas line and remove a rusty gas grill. I have finally found a plumber I can trust and who won't gouge the pricing!

I called Don to repair two slow leaks from a copper water line. I didn't know Don but I picked his company from Angie's List for three reasons: he was located close to where I live, he has been in business for a long time and he does the work himself. The water leaks were two inches apart, located at different solder joints in the copper pipe supplying hot water to our bathroom shower. I discovered the leaks while replacing a bathroom vanity and the leaking joints were located inside the wall behind the vanity. This wasn't an emergency but Don was able to start the work two days after I called. Fortunately, the access hole behind the vanity allowed enough room for Don to repair the leaks. Since he had to unsolder the joints and remove an old shut-off valve to repair the leaks, I asked him to also replace the valve. This was no problem for Don and his parts prices were very reasonable. After the work was done, leak-testing the water line revealed a new (third) leak originating up inside the wall where the same hot water pipe is connected to a shower on/off/mix valve. Fortunately, Don was able to return the next day to repair the third leak. The access hole to the mix valve was very small but Don was somehow able to get in there to unsolder, clean, and re-solder the joint. We both agreed that this unexpected third leak was a result of poor soldering by the shower valve installer. After another leak test, all the repairs were dry. Unfortunately, three days later, I noticed a re-occurring leak. One of the original two leak repairs had begun to leak again. This was not an emergency situation either but Don returned the next day to unsolder, clean the fittings a little better, and re-solder the joint. After keeping an eye on all the repaired joints for four weeks, I think it's safe to say that the pipes are finally leak-free! Don charged me for two service calls (and for the necessary parts) but did not charge me to return the third time to repair the one re-occurring leak. I feel that this was very fair. But more importantly, I appreciated the fact that Don returned promptly, and without any argument, to repair the one re-occurring leak as soon as he did. If he had been a man with less integrity, he could have denied that it was his problem to repair, or he could have demanded another service charge to return and repair the leak. Don deserves this glowing review!

It was the first time that he had seen a check valve being broken in the last 30 years. He was professional and responsive.

I called him on a Thursday evening. He said he would be out on Friday and he was here right when he said he would be. He did the job really quick. He was neat in appearance and very professional. I had someplace to be in the afternoon and he told me about how long it would take for different scenarios. The next plumbing problem I have I will call him and I would recommend him to my friends.

The experience was great. I called. He called back within a couple of hours and he gave me an estimate and set a time for the next day. He was on time. It took as long and cost as much as he said it would. He even fixed a small leak at my main valve while he was there (it started leaking as we were turning the water on and off for the faucet).

This was the second time we used Don, because he was prompt, professional and affordable. He gave me an actual time he was coming over, so I did not have to wait around all day. He came over and fixed our faucet. He also checked the plumbing to our dishwasher, because we were having problems with leaking. Unfortunately it was the appliance and not the plumbing that he could fix. But he was completely honest with me. We will definately continue to use Don's plumbing, and I recommend him highly!!

The first thing Don pointed out in the basement was the hot water tank was vented incorrectly. The kind of water tank there was supposed to be vented out a chimney, but someone vented it out under the porch using a series of taped together pieces of aluminum duct fittings. The risk of carbon monoxide poisoning with this setup is major. We put it on the list of things to do for the immediate future, along with replacing the missing kitchen garbage disposal. This is the second time I have used Don's Plumbing, and he always gives me the truth about a situation. Also, he will give me a choice between using purchasing different grade large items, such as the garbage disposal unit. I did not ask for an estimate, because I had no idea what needed to be done. When I used him last time however, what he quoted he charged exactly. With this job, there was a lot of pipe used and so the cost of the supplies was most of the bill.

He came out twice(my wife mistakingly thought I wanted the faucet somewhere else) to give me an estimate. He told me he would get back to me with a price, and he even double checked my number with me. After waiting over a week, I called him back and left my phone number. Still no call.

My 4 year old son flushed a toy down the toilet and I had called another plumber out to fix the clog and it worked until I had a house full of people for a party and then it backed up again. Apparently the first plumber did not fix the problem so we called Don and he was very kind and showed up on time and snaked the toilet/drain and we have been in the clear ever since. We even hosted another party and everything went down the drain without a problem.

He came out and stayed within the estimate. He called and had to reschedule and came out the next day. He did what he said he was going to do. He was very courteous and respectful. He was willing to come out of the Strongsville area to travel to us. He is very flexable and accomidating. We would highly recommend him to others.

Don was very pleasant and did a great job for a very good price. I would definitely call him again in the future.

Don was very professional and experienced at his work. He stopped to do this work at 5:30PM on his way home after completing an all day job. He also cleaned up everything before he left. I wouldn't even think of using anyone else.

He came over, he is a very nice and very polite. He checked it out for us and he would try and she what he could find because of the special circumstance. He called me back and gave me a few options. He gave me two options, and it took a few weeks for him to be available but then he came and installed the new sub-pump. He also fixed a valve in the basement. When he was done he showed me the directions and told me what to do.

Job went well. I hung around to watch. He has all the tools and carries common parts in his truck.

Very Well. Don even gave a little history of /Strongsville. Very pleasant to work with.

Prompt service. Service representative was straight forward, knowledgeable and friendly.

The problem started 4 days before Christmas. We had a party planned. The kitchen sink would not drain. The next day morning the Bathroom sink got clogged too. I started trying home remedies like Vinegar and Baking Powder mixes. Used the Maximum strength drain cleaners and that did not work too. The problem seem to go away, but then came back again. Finally on Jan 26th I called Don the Plumber. He made it all right.

We had a leak from the "leak proof" seal that was put on our toilet a year ago, and Don's plumbing was able to come out the day I called. He cleaned off the bottom of the toilet and the floor before he reset it. I have had absolutely no problems since then!

He came out the next business day after I called. Don arrived exactly on time. He did a great job and left the bath as clean as before.
