Don was very thorough, nice and efficient. He is honest in his assessment, and his pricing is great! We have used Don several times before, and he has been consistently above average. As a matter of fact, we did recommend Don to our neighbor, who was similarly satisfied! He has come on short notice, and once, when he couldn't find anything wrong, he did not charge us, even for a service call! We would definitely recommend Don's Plumbing to anyone!

I chose Don's Plumbing through Angies List after reading all the positive reviews. I am so glad I did! Don answered the phone and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He arrived promptly and we discussed the drain/dishwasher problem. He determined the dishwasher problem was connected to the drain. He used a 75 foot snake to clear the drains and made a trip to the Home Depot for a P-trap which he installed under the sink. He was here over an hour, did his work quickly and thoroughly and charged me an extremely fair price. I will definitely call Don's Plumbing for any plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend him to anyone in the area.

Very well. He arrived promptly, I had called early that morning hoping he could do the work that day. He evaluated the problem and set about to correct the faucet issue. He had to work inside a restricted area to repair the faucet and did so without causing any damage. It only took an hour and a half. I feel it was a fair price for the work involved. He was neat and pleasant.

He is very good. He took a ot of time with the work and stayed until everything was finished. The job was done very well.

Although Don had to delay some of the work due to a death in his family and this was not an emergency, I was more than willing to wait in order to have Don complete the work. The work was much more extensive than he had originally thought. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM if you want a professional job done at a fair price.

When I first called they were very busy and backed up. They could not come out for 2 to 3 weeks. When they did come they were very punctual, worked quickly and were professional.

We noticed water stains on the ceiling of our 1st floor laundry room. We called Don and he came over the next day. He determined the leak to be coming from the shower in the master bath. He fixed the leak the same day. He was punctual, very professional, and charged a fair price. We will use him again and have already referred friends to him. We were very pleased and feel great that we now have a plumber we can trust and count on.

I called Don after experiencing high water-pressure issues. I thought the culprit was the expansion tank, which I replaced myself. However, the problem didn't go away, so I looked on Angie's List for a plumber in my area. That's when I found Don's Plumbing. I called DOn and explained the situation the best I could. He suggested that I run a simple overnight test to pinpoint the root cause of the high pressure issue. I ran the test, and the results implicated the PRV. I then called Don back and made arrangements to have the valve replaced. Don arrived at the scheduled date and time. I wa at work, but my wife was home, so she got to meet Don. He did an excellent job, charged a fair price and fixed the problem. I would definitely call Don to fix my next plumbing issue.

I contact Don Tuesday evening regarding a water heater issue noted by the gas company earlier that day. He arrived the next morning and completed service in about an hour.

Don was very punctual, efficient, and professional. The skills that he has acquired through years of experience are very apparent. A true master of his craft.

I called Don's at about 4:00PM, described what we needed done. He asked if we were going to be home at 9:00AM the next day. He arrived exactly at 9:00, introduced himself, was very courteous, and handled the repair in a very professional and expedited manner. Before he did anything, he explained what he was going to do, provided options, and did exactly what he said he would do. Price was reasonable for the work performed. I love using local businesses if I can and I'm glad I found Don's Plumbing - he's a one-person shop and customer service is important to him. We have our guy for any future plumbing needs! Don arrived right on time , asked open ended question about previous service , did a few tests of the pipes ( my complaint was a slow drain ). I previously had another large chain plumber out with iffy results. Don concluded that the food disposal was the issue and gave me 2 options. A.I to replace the food disposal or B. to remove the disposal entirely. I chose the latter, My home is older built in 1953 and I never liked the idea of putting food scraps down a pipe that was only intended for water . Don worked efficiently , was friendly and all my pipes under the sink are converted to PVC. He cleaned up after himself (a plus) all is well.

It went very well. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. You couldn't ask for better treatment.
