Maybe hes just not interested in working or making money I dont know but Ill never call dons plumbing and inc again ,if this is the respect he shows clients .

Description of Work: We thought our water heater was a goner. Don's plumbing came out the same day. It was just a minor repair. The speed and integrity of the process has us making a list of future repairs. would hire again without a doubt.

Description of Work: I called Don last spring when my HE washer wouldn't fill and instead, spewed water from the hose inlet. It was a Sunday. He offered several suggestions for me to try myself via phone, no fee, and when none of his well thought-out suggestions worked, I asked that he come out to the house.So it was a kind of, "try this-no reason to pay me to come out when there are some common solutions you can do." But he came out, found the trouble, ordered the needed part promptly, came back promptly-was very flexible with my hours, did a fantastic and quick job, and was quite reasonable. I appreciate this because I was laid off a couple years ago and haven't found full time work yet so the cost is huge to me. After my experience, I referred my mom to Don for a dishwasher leak, and again, he was prompt, very professional, fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost. This is important because she is elderly and let me tell you, MANY people she has called for various home repairs have tried to take her for a ride. DO, call Don. He's great.

Description of Work: Don replaced an old (70+ years) bathtub faucet and shower fixture for us, and also replaced a corroded washing machine hose shutoff valve. He was here the day after I called him and with just a glance told me the $200 Price Pfister fixture I bought at Lowe's wouldn't fit the 11" o.c. holes the old set had. He was right and fortunately was able to locate a now-hard-to-find replacement of the right size (made right here in Cleveland, USA, no less!). He had the job completed in a couple of hours and the shower has never worked so well. I highly recommend this company and will call Don next time I need plumbing work.

Description of Work: They installed gasoline for the stove, new plumbing for the utility tub and washer with an outflow drain hook-up to the septic, and capped off and cut off of the old gas line to the garage.
