My old door spring broke, my old door was a disaster. Called Automatic and in less than a week I’ve got a beautiful new door and opener. Their staff in the office is super pleasant and responsive and Jeff on site was great. Couldn’t be happier.

Karl from Automatic Door quickly repaired a broken cable and adjusted a lock on my overhead garage door. He also cheerfully answered my questions about a replacement door — which I definitely am going to have this company install in the spring.

We were given a 12:00 - 2:00 arrival window and Jeff arrived at 12:00. He immediately knew the problem identified another problem and explained what was happening and why it was a problem. Thereafter he repaired everything, charged what I was given as an estimate when I made the appointment. I will definitely call Jeff's company the next time I have a problem with my garage doors..

This company installed a new door and lift for me last fall. I called this morning because the door was failing to close. Steve came by only a few hours later, fixed the situation rapidly and did not charge me. This problem came on suddenly and I needed to leave town this afternoon, so the prompt response was deeply appreciated. As I was before, I am very impressed with the professionalism of this company and its employees.

Every aspect of our experience with Automatic Garage Co. was smooth and easy. Monica was prompt in return communication and scheduling and was receptive to my request of email or text communication due to reception issues in my area. Jeff, without even asking, presented lower-cost solutions to the issues with our garage doors, where he could have easily tried to take advantage and tell us that we needed to have our entire garage door replaced as opposed to a single panel (we only ended up needing the panel replaced, saving us over $1,000). He also offered refurbished options in addition to brand new. Super fairly priced and no BS. Karl, our technician, was incredibly friendly, funny, and professional. He let me know every step of the way where he was at in the installation process. It was a pleasure doing business with this company and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs garage work done!

Steve called to see about coming early which was great as I have a idea things to do today. He showed up early, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. It took maybe 10 minutes for him to rewire the switch. All in all an excellent experience and I would definitely call them again for service. Thanks Steve and Automatic Door!

Purchased thru Home Depot in Bainbridge. Sales person, Bob, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Was called quickly to schedule install. Installer Steve arrived within time frame. He worked quickly and explained operations of new opener and remote controls. Would use them again for garage door issues.

We are very pleased with the work done by the installer from Automatic Garage Door Company. He came at the appointed time. He completed the work quickly. He allowed me to test the functionality and safety mechanisms. He was courteous, and explained things well. The door opener is much quieter than the old one, and works great, even in today's frigid temperatures. The price was reasonable, too.

I called Automatic Garage Door Company today to get a broken garage door spring repaired. I was quoted a price over the phone and was told they could send someone out the same day. Steve called me within 20 minutes after my call to the office. He said he could be at my home in about 30 minutes. When Steve arrived he was very courteous and extremely efficient. He replaced both springs in about a half hour. And he explained they need to be lubricated to prolong their usage. I would highly recommend AGD to anyone that needs garage door service. JimW.
