Great. Fast response. Travis was polite, personable and efficient. The door was fixed within a few hours of my call. Also got the seal at the bottom of the door replaced while Travis was here.

From the first visit by Jeff and the install by Nathan it was a first class operation. Products are high quality and the installation in 20 degree weather went well.

Karl the tech was in and out in no time. My appointment was scheduled between 8 and 10, he was here right at 8 (with a text before to let me know he was on his way). Friendly and professional - both Karl and dealing with their office. Highly recommended.

Awesome! The owner Jeff came out to access and measure our two existing single garage doors. He explained all options and how the process of removing the old and installing the new. Later the same day Monica followed up with a detailed, written quote in an email. Nate did a fantastic job installing our new doors. He arrived on time, double-checked to confirm what he was about to install was what we ordered and quickly got to work. He took the old doors and rails down and hauled them away. Nate installed our new doors and, because our garage is old Znd not perfectly square, he took the extra time and effort to make sure the door visually looked square AND also sealed properly. Finally, Nate cleaned your his work area. This was a great experience and we are so happy with our new doors.

My technician Travis Arrived on time as scheduled. Very respectful and knowledgeable of the business. Took the time to show me everything he did to repair my garage door opener. Outstanding employee

Tech arrive only to find that he didn't have correct spring size for my needs. Repaired the old spring temporarily until new one was ordered. Charged a partial fee which was to be deducted from the balance on return trip. Returned in two weeks and replaced spring. Said they were only charging the difference in what was owed and what I already paid but I found that they charged FULL price...no credit from first payment. I called and spoke to owner. He said assistant out of town but would look into it. Bottom line...they NEVER reimbursed amount. I had to go through my credit card company to recover the extra charges. Would NOT recommend nor will I use them again.

Jeff Verney did a great job when he met with us at our home and helped us make the right decisions in selecting our new Clopay garage door and LiftMaster garage door opener. Everything was ordered and I soon received a call to set up installation when the door was available as promised. Nate Chase arrived on time for the install and did a fantastic job quickly installing the High quality door and opener. He noticed that a wider piece of weatherstripping trim was required on exterior based on the house opening. There was no follow up required and a few days later Nate installed the trim on our door casings. We are super happy with our purchase and the professional service from Jeff, Nate and Automatic Door Company. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Automatic Door Co, Clopay and LiftMaster! I called for service that evening, the technician responded 1st thing the next morning, and he arrived when he said he would. My garage door was realigned in less than 30 minutes...now my home is secure!
