Work was done quickly and we were very pleased with how helpful he was.

They were great! The owner came to our house on a Saturday to talk with us and give us an estimate. Their cost was slightly lower than a big box hardware store that was having a 15% discount sale at the time for the same door and hardware, and $200 lower than a well-known, large competitor in the area. He answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly with no pressure, and gave us good advice on cost-effective options for our modest needs. We chose a slightly more robust option than the minimum option, for our own peace of mind. The only bump was a minor one, where he said he would check with the supplier on Monday or Tuesday to confirm that our door was immediately available and would then call us to schedule installation. We hadn't heard anything by Thursday, so we called the office then and they scheduled us for Monday. Not a big deal since weren't in a big hurry, but something I need to mention in an honest review. The installer showed up on time and was professional and friendly. The job went smoothly and he cleaned up well afterwards. We are very happy with the quality of the door and the installation job, and are very glad we hired Automatic Garage Door Company!

Excellent! I called Automatic Door Company, explained what I needed done and was given a time frame that worked with my schedule. I was told the technician would call when he was on his way. He did, was pleasant, looked at the job, explained when he saw, what needed to be done and what the cost would be. He then went to work. He did an excellent job; my garage door works great. Most importantly, everything I was told would be done was done. I had called other companies; they didn't follow up and their quoted price was higher. This was a good experience, thank you.

Tech was at my house (Karl) within 2 hours from making the call. I had to be at work before noon and Karl had the job finished with time to spare. Very professional and informative. We will be hiring them in the future for full garage door replacement. Dispatcher quoted the repair to be worst case scenario $260.00. I ended up paying $165.00! Very impressed with these guys. I contacted Automatic Garage Door Company on a Monday evening via their website with my problem. An hour or so later, I got a response from Jeff telling me that he would be able to send one of his guys out the next morning to do the repair. Not only did they fix my garage door opener, but it sounds much quieter now, too.

They were prompt in the timeframe scheduled, professional and quality work. Also was a good value compared to other quotes.

They arrived as scheduled. Figured out the problem, gave 2 options for replacement of broken spring and installed new spring quickly and professionally. Before leaving, the area was clean and old parts removed. I would recommend them to anyone needing this service.

Jeff fixed the problem, replaced a hinge, lubricated and re-calibrated everything and did it quickly and efficiently. His price was very fair.

They were great. Came out and looked at the door and saw it was the spring. He had to pick up another part and he came back. Had everything working in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.

Jeff was great! He came within the quoted timeframe and completed the work in about 30 minutes. He fixed the sensor issue and also gave the door a tune-up. Sensors are working and the door is running very smoothly now. I would definitely hire him again!

Jeff was very nice and professional. He diagnosed the problem and knew how to fix it. I could tell he has seen many different types of problems and has the experience to fix all of them. He did the work quickly and cleaned up like an expert. He left me a brochure, that I asked for, to browse if I wanted a new garage door in the future. He did not ask me to purchase anything extra than what I needed. I highly recommend Jeff and would hire them again.

Monica was super helpful over the phone and both technicians who came out were very friendly. The price can't be beat. Same day appointment. I was really happy I found this company and would recommend to others. They offer refurbished units if you're on a budget.

Great company, from the gal on the phone that got me the info and setup the tech to come out that same day, to the repairman Jeff who was a great guy and did a great job! Very knowledgeable, polite, speedy. I always like to use local family owned businesses when I can, (if they are good) and I will refer these guys anytime!

I scheduled an appt over the phone for monday, june 19 with window of 2-4pm for arrival. By 4:15 pm i called and the person who answered said they would check with the technician on his arrival time, but never called back, never received an update from the technician, and didn't receive explanation from the office personnel, so i had to cancel as i had to go to work, thinking they would never show up. It was very disappointing as i called due to high reviews.

Contacted Jeff at 8am and he arrived within 30 minutes and completed the service within about an hour. He was very friendly and professional, and did not try to upsell anything.

Great, all cars are programmed and the doors have never worked better. They are so quiet now.

Garage door sensors were busted and needed replaced. Called Automatic Garage and they were able to send someone out that same morning. They were great! Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again!
