Very well. They arrived on time, did what I contracted for professionally.

It's been right on the mark. They do come out and they do a fine job at it. I think the price is too much because I have a small yard. He's always here and gone before I even get out of bed. He's on his own schedule and I never have to call him in. I've been using them for several years and I would probably continue.

We love them. They're very expensive. They're a great company. It's just that they charge a lot of money.

We will use them again in the future.

They were very professional and did the work in one day. I was very pleased with their work.

I cancelled the service because of financial restraints. I've used them for a couple of years. The price was getting more than I can handle with my budget. They could have just reduced the price. They were very regular. They just came according to their schedule of services. I won't use them again because of the price.

They were going to send somebody else out to take a second look and never did. They told me what the difficulty was and they said they were going to have a senior arborist come take a look at it and they never did. It was free. They came quickly enough the first time to look at it so everything else was satisfactory except we did not get the revisit that was supposed to happen. It was detailed enough for what the situation was. I will probably use them again.

They did a fine job. They're pricey. Maybe they were not the highest of all. I would use them again if the price was good.

It went well. Took 2 days to complete the work.

It went ok I guess. It took them a month to complete a 3 day job and the landscaping didn't turn out so good. They did come back and fix some things and I told them I was satisfied. I would rehire for trees only not landscaping.

No issues. Prompt and professional response for the quote, then prompt and professional service on the actual work. Did everything we agreed to on the quote.

When they came out to do the estimate they were very thorough and professional. They worked with me with recommendations on what needed done. On day of job they showed up promptly and trimmed the trees exactly like I wanted and worked quickly and left with the yard and trees looking great.

I received a quote on Monday and called them on Tuesday to advise them to go ahead with the work. I needed a very large willow tree removed at the back of my lot and two smaller trees near the house. They came out on Friday to do the work. The large Willow tree was in a location that didn't allow access for equipment. It was also dangerously close to my fence and some very nice spruce trees that could have easily been damaged. I was amazed to watch them climb the tree and take it down from the top very carefully and efficiently. They completed all the work within about three hours and did a great job cleaning-up afterwards. It was quite obvious that these guys are consummate professionals. I could not have been any happier with the service they provided!

It was too expensive. I am going to use them only if I needed to.

They did okay. I thought it was a little on the high side because all they did was fertilize it, and they used a long metal thing that goes into the ground. The thing I wasn't happy about was that I didn't really find a contract and I can't remember when I had that done, if it was in the spring or fall, and a couple of months later, they just wanted to go ahead and do another fertilization and I told them no. I only signed up for the one time. The tree is near wires and the city or the county has a company that comes and trims trees on the wires so they don't damage the wires, and they just murdered the trees, the shape of the trees and everything. I spoke to the tree company that's contracted to do that about it and I told them they were ruining the look of the trees. Davey came and I thought it was sort of a strange practice to just go ahead and try to fertilize again. I caught them and I told the guy no. They were not supposed to do that. I don't know whether that was an independent contractor with Davey or no, but I stopped him from doing it. He had his equipment out and everything, and I told him no because he would charge me for that, and I only signed up for the one time to keep the tree a boost after they trimmed it. That was the thing I didn't particularly like. I get things in the mail, advertisements for Davey Tree. Those trees have all grown on its own. I just want to have them fertilized for the one time to get the tree a boost after they cut it. That was the only thing I wasn't happy about, but outside the fertilization and everything, it was okay. It wasn't really cheap but it wasn't really expensive. The cost is the one thing I look first. If it meets my criteria and my budget, fine but if doesn't then I have to search for something cheaper, but still meets my criteria.

I thought they were fine. Compared to other tree service lawn care companies they were expensive. That is the only reason why I stopped with their service just because I thought their pricing was too high. I took their full program. They just came out whenever. If I never had to call them back, like if they were doing weeding and you never have to have them come back out. They would come back out but... I think they used good products and...like some of the other services I had before, I had a lot problems with them, we had less problems with Davey.

It was going okay. They were doing fertilizer for our back yard. Really, by the end of the year, the back yard was bad. They never seemed to really say much about it or be concerned with it. So, we ended up canceling our service with them. The problem, really, for us, was that they didn't even acknowledge the fact that the back yard was clearly, for some reason, dying. That was kind of our concern, that they never even acknowledged it. The price was pretty reasonable. I don't think it was anything out of the ordinary. They were here when they were supposed to be.

The price quoted was $2600 for the job. In fact the rep even said maybe I better sit down before I looked at the quote. If they know their price is so high why don't they give better quotes.

They have done several services for me. They are very responsive and do quality work. I have no complaints.

They do a great job. I think they are pretty comparable to everyone else. We actually have a contract with them.

They will alternate the sprays. They have good service and will come out whenever I need them too. The supervisor will come out. If a tree has fallen they will survey the damage and tell me how much it will cost to fix it.

They did great. We've had Davey Tree before come and trim trees and take down a tree and all that and they are good. Actually, they were supposed to come back in the spring time to do some follow-up work, which they never did. I think they're a little high. When they did our tree work, they were fantastic. I was satisfied with the landscape work that they did. They're pretty good.

It went pretty well. There were a few limbs that got missed. Because they were trimming an old tree, they had to do it almost pre-emergent of the leaves coming out so it was a little hard. It was a very big job with the tree. They did an excellent job and they did come back and talk to me that they didn't remove the two limbs that they had missed. I was very happy with their work as I expected to be.

Davey Tree pruned a large white oak for us and did an excellent job. Then told me the tree was in need of fertilization. After 3 years of fertilizing my mature tree, and telling me the tree was healing and getting healthy, a new representative came out and told me the tree is dying and needs to be taken down.The estimate is $7000 to remove the tree. I have several times asked them to no longer fertilize the tree (because they told me it is not helping), yet they still come out and fertilize and bill me for the service. Worst customer service I have had in Ohio from any service co.

Went to work and by the time I had returned the tree was gone. Removed the stump and planed grass to parts of the yard that were torn up when they drove the truck back into the yard.
