They were very accommodating. They stayed till I got home to make sure I was satisfied and to show me how the system worked.

I told them about a bush that was planted when my mother died. It was near the line. Mr. Lee ordered the work to be hand-dug rather than using a backhoe. They protected the bush and finished the work without killing or removing it. They pulled a lot of mass out of the pipe that had been missed by previous jetting. Their jet was stuck at another job. They said they would come back and jet the pipe after they got it free. I also wanted them to quote doing some pipe work in the laundry room. They haven’t been back.

He was able to come out the same day as I called. He is a very nice man and I would highly recommend his service.

They were very good to work with. I had just moved into the house and whenever we did the wash we would have a smell come through the sump pump. He came out and thought the smell was coming from the sewer line. He ran a camera through the line to make sure this was the cause. He was very thorough. If I ever have an issue in the future he would be the first person I would call. I have used his services a different time to snake a plugged line in my bathroom.

They did a good job. They were very efficient, courteous and helpful in making suggestions. Scheduling was easy and they were able to come out to complete the service extremely quickly.

They used the camera in both of my basement drains ad showed menothing was wrong. Best money I spen in a long time. I was very happy with there services and will use them again for my plumbing needs.

Chris Lee is an intelligent, direct, but soft-spoken man (at least on the job), who is honest and forthright about his appraisal and service. He was hard-working and persistent, while also extending his day to get this particular job done. He explained the charges for the service, as well as the reasons for his charges and his estimation of the task itself and the tools and equipment involved.

Chris did an excellent job! He was very thorough, and answered all of my questions. It was a big job, and he finished timely, and the final price was reasonable and very close to what I was quoted. He even prepared me for some issues I may have in the future. I will definitely use again.

All I can say is, CALL CHRIS IF YOU NEED A PLUMBER!! It all started when we noticed leaking from two original drain pipes in our house built in 1955. I checked Angies List for a Plumber, I found C Lee Plumbing and liked his reviews and ratings so I called him. My call was immediately answered and told Chris my issues he response since he was in the area finishing another job he could come out that same day. In about an hour Chris arrived took a look at the work, gave us the quote, which was well below a quote I received from a different plumber so we shook hands on it with Chris saying he'd be out the next morning at 9AM. At 8:59 the next day Chris was in our driveway with another worker came right on in and went right to work. These gentlemen did not stop moving for the full 6 hours they were here. All work, no play! They were kind enough to care that we had children and did the one job first that would allow the kids to use the bathroom sinks and toilets. They worked cleaner than any contractor I have had in this house since we purchased it. I highly recommend Chris and he is now our family plumber for all our plumbing needs!

Company reps arrived in a timely manner and were very friendly and professional. After identifying the issue... they informed me of their intention to resolve the problem and provided a price. Work took approximately 45 mins and the drains were cleared to the street. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was satisfied with the quality of the service as well as cleanup. Great experience and I will certainly think of them when I am in need of a plumber in the future.

Called in to get a plumber to come out to see why my hot water tank was leaking. They came out that day and told me mine was 12 years old and it was time or a new one. He told me he could do it that day but I pushed it back till the next day. Showed up a little late due to another emergency but when I called was sincerely apologetic. Installed the new hot water heater. That night one of the welds was leaking so I called and they were out first thing the next morning. Very professional and easy to work with.

Water was leaking into the basement from somewhere above. Chris located the problem at the kitchen sink, and ordered a hard-to-find fixture to match the existing hardware. He returned about a week later to replace that fixture as well as another for which I had located a replacement. He is knowledgable and professional. We were so glad that he found a matching fixture, so that we did not have to replace everything.

Chris was very prompt getting to our house to un-clog the sanitary sewer that had backed up into our finished basement. He used his TV equipment to identify the problem with the sewer line being "bowed" just outside of our basement into the front year. Not only was the line bowed, it was originally installed with additional twists and turns to match up the city sewer line and the builder's line. Chris contracted and performed all of the work including the digging of the outside trench and the cutting of the inside cement floor. Chris and his crew worked as a team and were extremely courteous to my family. HIs original cost estimate was hit and his work was very professional.

15-year-old sump pump gave us trouble during a recent period of daily, heavy rains. Had no plumber to call. Husband found Chris Lee online and liked the positive reviews. Chris called us back and came out the very same day. After determining the old pump needed replaced, Chris left to get a new one (without any money from us) and installed it right away. Chris was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Now we have a plumber to call for future needs.

Chris at C Lee Plumbing was Awesome!! We had a very unique issue to resolve that could have been very costly had Chris been unable to resolve it. We had a clog in our central vacuum piping (from a contractor that had used it). We live in a three story home, so had we been unable to unclog the piping we would have had to go through the ceiling. Chris sent out Justin. Justin was great. He gently fed a 25' snake through the central vacuum outlet. Unfortunately, the snake was not long enough. Chris ordered a 50' snake and Justin came back. He tried again and was successful (he pulled out a two inch long screw with lint wrapped around it). The clog is gone and ontop it we were only charged the original quote. Great job!!! These guys are the real deal on customer service and skill!!! Julia

They were great on the phone, and the plumber, Justin, was able to come earlier than he had expected. He was very nice and wore "booties" while in the house so he didn't track mud in, as he had to make several trips to his truck. After Justin was finished he cleaned the bathroom so well the floor was in better shape than when he had arrived! He explained everything he did, and explained how we could avoid the problem for the future. This is a new house for us, so he also taught me/showed me some things specific to this house's plumbing that were extremely helpful. The work he did is guaranteed for 1 year. We will definitely call C. Lee again if we have any plumbing problems.

Work went well. Chris was not able to complete things on the first day and returned a second.
