They worked And worked to get all stubborn spots out. And they do get them out. If one cleaning method does not work, they try another. They are not like some companies that do a once over and then tell you, if the spot is still there, call us. I want it out the first time and they do that. No rescheduling. And that is why they cost more.

They are magnificent!! Very professional, best carpet cleaning company ever! I wished Angie's List would let me give them A+++++.

They did some work for us some time ago. They were very professional and wore footies too. They moved all our furniture and cleaned our carpets for us. This house is 3,000 square feet and they cleaned the carpets in 11 rooms. They also did the upholstery cleaning for too. 2 workers came out and they did all this work for one whole day.

They did do work for us and they did a nice job. They cleaned carpet for us and we have used them several times. From what I remember they did a good job for us.

They are fantastic. I have used them for years. I manage apartments and they have cleaned the carpets for me as well as cleaned my homes carpet as well. The sq footage in the apartment are 840 and there are about 300 of them. They never made me wait. When I scheduled appointments with them, they were always on time. I knew that when they left, I never had to check on their work, because they always did a great job. Rob is the of the employees that I dealt with mostly. I also felt that their prices were competitive too. I would give their quality an A+.

The service was fine and they do a good job. I have used their service for about 10 years now. Just one carpet cleaners comes out. They come out clean my apartment carpets, there about 4-5 rooms in each. For the most part they do basic carpet cleaning for me. They also tackle the most of the high traffic areas too.

The service was great. They came out and cleaned our living room and hallway. We did have a pet stains that he was able to get out too. He was quick and efficient. He did a great job. They were very prompt and we didn't have to wait at all. They came out a few days after I called them. The gentleman who came out was also very friendly.

They are great. I have had them out multiple times. They do a really good job cleaning the carpets. They also steam clean them too. They do this all in about 12 big rooms, about 15x20 feet. They also clean 2 60ft hallways and 2 sets of stairs, with 20 stairs each. I have a 4500 square foot home. One cleaner comes out and stays all day. He always goes above and beyond. This is a locally owned business. The last time, he hurt his back and he actually had his kid and wife come out to help him. They take their time and they moved furniture to get all carpet completed. I have never had any trouble, they get the dirt out and they are wonderful. They also are friendly and polite too. They show up on time and do what they say they are going to do.

We have always used them. We have been using them through my business when I was working. We also use them on our primary and our rental property too. They are very personable. They do a great job. They have never gone over an estimate either. They also do superior work and have been doing so for over 10+ years. They do a very good job at cleaning dirty and stained carpet. I wished Angie's List would let me give them an A+.

The service turned out very well. I have used them twice. They are efficient, professional and they do a good job. I had them clean a really bad large stain. We tried to do that ourselves, but it would not come up. They cleaned that room and stain for us. They also cleaned a hallway and a kitchen too. I called them and explained the delemia that we had and they said that they could take care of that for us with no problem. They were able to get the stain off the carpet for us. It didn't take them very long either. I also had them do scotch-guard stain repellent; wine fell on the carpet and the wine came right off due to the scotch-guard stain repellent.

They did a very good job. I believe their prices were a little bit high.

Showed up right on time did all my carpet upstairs and down in timely manner. Planning on having them back out in fall to do carpets again.

Setup and appt for Monday June 24th at 2:30. Chris called me at 2PM and asked if it was OK to come a little early. He arrived and viewed the areas to be cleaned. I must mention that the carpets in the areas to be cleaned were filthy and had several deeply stained areas. Stains were a combination of foot traffic and pet stains (as Chris called them - cat yak!). He pretreated the bad areas and went to work. As he progressed he invited me to view his progress. After he was done he again asked me to look everything over. I noticed one area in great room that was still slightly discolored. He explained that it looked like a chair on wheels had been sitting in that area and had left a large circular stain/discoloration. He went over that area again and although it looked 100% better, there was still a slight discoloration. As we did the walk around I noticed that he had also cleaned an area in the back bedroom that had a large pet stain. He commented that as he was doing the hall, he noticed the stain and thought he would give it a quick clean because it looked so bad. I was very impressed with Chris and his approach to his job. He did a fantastic job considering what he had to work with. The carpet looks better than I have ever seen it. A note about how personable Chris is - I was outside on a ladder fixing a broken downspout - he was going to his truck for something and immediately stopped and offered to hold the ladder for me. That's going above and beyond! Although I might have gotten this service for a little less from another company, I seriously doubt that I would have received anything close to the quality of service that was provided. I highly recommend Absolute Clean and will use them again when the need arises.

I called the co. Absolute Clean, left a message to call me. He did so very promptly. Set an appointment time and was there at 9:00 as promised!!

They service was excellent. They went above and beyond and were willing to help in anyway that they could.

ABSOLUTE CLEAN ~ Carpet Cleaning Specialists were very good and very friendly. They are a very good company. Their price is the same as anyone else. I will definitely use them again in the future.

They move the furniture by themselves when needed. Their service was good. My carpets were really clean, and they are cleaner than they are now, and I need to get it done again. I have never priced them against anybody else, so honestly I don’t know how to rate them. I have only judged them on how they do their work because I can get carpet cleaning a lot cheaper than them, and I have had that done but it’s like I might as well clean the carpets. I feel like my carpets are clean when they leave, and that’s why I call them. I just make sure I have the amount of money that I know is going to cost and I always have to call and ask them that’s why I don’t remember how much it costs exactly. I am always a price conscious person, but I always want quality along with my price.

They are very thorough and the carpet is spotless when they are done. Our carpet is ivory and 11 yrs. old. It looks almost new when they are done.
