WeI had bought a $150 coupon for $180 worth of carpet cleaning. My husband and I had moved all the little stuff and left the sofa, love seat table etc. Chris came right on time and was one of the most pleasant and efficient workers I have met. He had an upbeat attitude and great sense of humor. (We had had Absolute Clean do our carpets previously and were very happy with the cost and results). We had a diversity of carpet types and a blg stain on the indoor/outdoor carpet by our back door. Chris got the stain out. He was very agreeable when we kept adding areas to be cleaned and we were very happy with the results. We have found this company to be very reliable, efficient and friendly, and they do a great job. We will definitely hire them again.

Rob showed up right on time and was very professional - i'm usually a little uncomfortable having people in my house, but he was great. He was very careful with his equipment and took care with the walls, etc. I moved the furnature that I could, but he was great and moved the rest. We moved into our house 2 years ago and the light colored carpets got some stains from shoes and traffic paths - he got everything out and it looks great! I'm very happy with his work.

We purchased a Big Deal from Absolute Clean to primarily clean our living room and dining room carpets. When Rob appeared, right on time, we asked him if he would clean all the carpets and stairs in the house. He did a fantastic job. The two sets of basement stair carpets had never been cleaned. He was efficient, friendly and the carpets looked great. We paid $155 extra, including tax for the additional carpets he cleaned. We'll definitely have him again. We were very pleased too that the carpets dried very quickly.

The company is called Absolute for a reason. They absolutely did the best job cleaning my carpet that any company has ever done. They were a little more expensive but if you take advantage of the Angie's List big deals then you can save a little on the higher cost. The service was totally worth it.

Arrived on time and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets. The carpet in the one room is only two years old but has traffic patterns and should have been cleaned sooner and more frequently. He did the best job we believe possible on those high traffic areas. The carpet in the second room is of unknown age and it cleaned up great. These will the only carpet cleaners that we will use going forward. We used SS on the old carpets that were in the house when we bought it and you couldn't even tell they had been cleaned when done.

Perfect. Rob arrived as scheduled and got right on it. He was very pleasant and professional and did a great job especially with the recliner. I had about given it up for lost because it looked so grubby. Now it looks like new. The carpet looks wonderful too even though it's probably 20 years old. I was very pleased with Absolute Clean's quality of service provided, prompt response and price. Prior to listing a rental property for sale, the carpets were in need of a professional cleaning. I chose Absolute Cleaning based on info from Angie's List. I called and left a message late Sunday evening. Rob Ward returned my call first thing Monday morning and was able to schedule the cleaning for that Wednesday. The carpets looked great and the house had a fresh scent. I would definitely recommend Absolute Clean !!!

It was the best experience we have ever had as far as getting carpet and furniture cleaned. Chris arrived on time and identified himself. He walked through the house discussing my expectations and measuring areas. He discussed products for stains and pet odors and had an immediate price. He asked for specific instructions about what he needed to do when he left since I was going to work. When I returned home, our house smelled wonderful, stains were gone and have remained gone, and furniture looked great. He left a calling card and two bottles of stain remover. Wow is all I can say. I will not using anyone but Absolute Clean from now on.

It all went very smoothly and was finished within a few hours. This is probably at least the third time I have worked with Absolute Clean. They are always very attentive and professional, and do a very thorough job. As before, I was very pleased and will be calling on them again in the future.

They do an excellent job of removing stains from extremely dirty carpet. We use them in our primary residence as well. When winter is over I will have them clean our carpet in our home.
