They we're amazing, fast, friendly and efficient.The entire process was done in less than 24 hours from the rep coming and giving us an estimate to getting financed and the very next morning they were here to install. They placed tarp down on our carpet so it wouldn't get dirty or wet since it was raining while they were here. They answered any questions we had and explained everything so we understood what they were talking about. They even come back out after so many days to make sure everything is working correctly and that we are happy with everything. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. We will be using them in for any future maintenance or anything needed with the HVAC system.

Description of Work: Installed a new Heating and AC system. Watkins exceeded all my expectations with this project! Their professionalism from start to finish was excellent. The salesman answered all of our questions and gave us all of the information for us to make a decision on what unit we wanted. The installation crew was very professional, and very knowledgeable in the work they preformed. They were very tidy in all of their work and thoroughly cleaned up completely as if they were never there. Our salesman returned a week after our system had been installed to make sure we were very satisfied with its' operation and if we had any questions. Only after he knew we were completely satisfied with no questions did he submit billing. I would highly recommend Watkins and will use them for ALL of my HVAC needs in the future!

Description of Work: We have used Watkins for routine maintenance for several years. Watkins assessed our furnace and cooling system when our A/C died this summer. They helped us to choose a replacement system (ours was 15 yrs old) and reconfigured some of the duct work in order to make the system work better. They were prompt, courteous and efficient.

They were very professional, clean, and made sure we were aware of how to use everything and make it the most economical. We had four quotes and they were in the middle. Description of Work: Our heat pump engine and fan broke. Thankfully, heat pumps have a safety feature, but we needed to get the parts in and installed as quickly as possible. The parts took 2 days to come in, and we called each day to see if they had come in. When they did, they agreed to install the parts on Friday night as they were booked. Then their schedule opened up just a few minutes later. They called back, dispatched their technician, and we got our heating back all within just a few hours. I really appreciate that!
