The sales representative that came to the house was actually the owner which I liked. Very knowledgeable, professional and was generally nice. He quoted me three different options, good, better and best. The high end package was a Trane and the other two were Coleman. The Trane price was slightly higher when compared to other companies. Only one other company I received estimates from carried Coleman and Watkins had a lower price. They offered the best warranties of the 6 companies. Overall the sales representative was good, the prices were good, warranties were above average. However the Trane was more than we wanted to spend and I didn't feel comfortable with the Coleman brand so we did not go with Watkins.

Easy to work with, fair price. Covered floors (hardwood and carpet) needed to access area, but left floor in furnace area muddy.

Being in a new house we had them replaced all of the 7 burners on my 140K BTU furnace. While doing a complete cleaning they educated me on this furnace. They also set the furnace to use both phases where it was currently setup only set to run on full phase.

It was excellent. They were on time and set a quick date to fix it. They did what they said they were going to do. Their price was in the ballpark. I plan to use this company in the future.

The Watkins sales staff did not try to oversell us like some other company's did. They measured everything and then gave us a very thorough estimate. Though slightly higher than the average estimate we got, we were impressed by their representative and decided to use them. Their technicians came on time, were neat, polite, professional and knowledgeable. There was no problem when we asked them to come back and make one adjustment - and there was no additional charge. Since then, we had to move the outside unit. Watkins was able to come quickly and did the work faster than they promised...and at a lower price than the estimate. I highly recommend this company...and have to my neighbors. They may not be the cheapest (but the estimates were not that much higher) but their attitude and service is worth the small additional expense.

Since this was a new house for us, the service person walked us thru the AC and Furnace and showed us all the parts and what should be condsider for future servuice and why. Found the probelm with the AC fan and fixed.Install the digital thermostat and explained how it can be programmed.

They were very friendly and helpful. They were prompt. We came very close to contracting with them for the furnace, but we wanted a little different setup than what they were suggesting.

I've always been very happy with them. The cost of their service always seems fair. I'll continue to use them.

They showed up on time and did the work. They were neat and clean and then they left. I would use them agian.

We called them to get an estimate for a new furnace. The representative came out on time, and was friendly & very professional. He did a J-load calculation on the house & decided what size furnace we need. He showed us our options and answered all our questions. We wound up going with another estimate because Watkins, while very reasonable, was slightly higher than we could go. I would absolutely trust them to do a good installation, we simply had to stay within our budget.

Quick, clean service at a very competitive price.

Central A/C would not come on. They were able to come out the same day. Spent time problem solving and found the insulation on a small wire had been rubbed through. Repaired bare wire, checked all similar wires and padded the area where initial wire rubbed against. Reset error codes and system has worked great ever since. Service person was friendly, polite and professional. I felt like he knew what he was doing and he wasnt there to sell me anything additional/extra.

Very professional. They were prompt. We have had them over a total of 3 times. We've been very happy with them. We called Angie's List just to get another quote on cost. We had them come over in spring. The guy came he was very professional. He answered all our questions and gave us several options with no pressure. We had another company about 5 years ago that would show up late and talk down to me, and taking personal calls on his cell phone. Watkins does a good job and I only have a good things to say about Watkins, we are just looking for a second quote.

THEY REALLY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM WITH THE AIR-CONDITIONER QUICKLY AND GOT IT TAKEN CARE OF. THEIR WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.

OVER THE LAST TWO YEARS, I HAVE DISCOVERED THAT THEY ARE VERY PLEASANT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. THEY ARE EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. IM HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING THAT THEY HAVE DONE FOR ME.

DAVE LAMBERT, THE TECHNICIAN, WAS PROMPT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE FOUND THE PROBLEM THAT ANOTHER CONTRACTOR COULDN'T FIND.

THEY WERE ON TIME, CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, AND EVEN INSTALLED LIGHT BULBS IN MY BASEMENT FOR ME. WE HAD 3 QUOTES AND THEY WERE THE LEAST EXPENSIVE. THEY ALSO FOUND WE NEEDED MORE AIR INTAKE FOR FURNACE & AIR TO WORK CORRECTLY.
