Excellent, I work with them on a computer basis.

It went fine. They were fair to deal with I think. In their defenses I take it somewhere else and they tried to fix it and it didn't work either so there was possibly something else wrong.

David does a very good job for me. His Assistant, Sheri, who takes his calls and sets up his appointments is also very good. I highly recommend David and his Company. Jean Szabad

David from Layer 2 Computers did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable and worked very efficiently. He fully removed the rogue program and greatly improved the response of our computer.

Started off on god wrong foot but he stood by his work and made it right.

David showed up as scheduled and was very professional. My computer had been very slow lately and I wasn't sure if I had a virus or if the hard drive was going bad. He determined that there were a lot of unnecessary programs running in the background and that was the cause of my problem. He eliminated those programs and the computer is now operating like new. The other issue I had was that the computer and my wireless printer kept losing connection and that required me to have to turn the printer off and on each day to restore connection. David fixed that problem and now I maintain connection with the printer. I would definitely recommend his services.

Makes you feel very comfortable and answers all of your questions. Gives great feedback to assist you in your computer needs. You do not need to be a computer wiz to explain your concerns. Dave asks questions that you can relate to and get to the root of the issue. Excellent. My computer company for now and forever.

It was good. He deleted programs I didn't need and cleaned up a lot of stuff I don't understand. He offered to continue to work on the computer even if I needed to leave and he signed out when finished. He called exactly when he was supposed to and called back later to follow up.

We were having issues related to an obsolete OS on pc regarding speed, security, etc. as well as connectivity problems with laptop and David resolved all well. We'll have him back later this year to help us set up/transfer files to new pc with windows 10 after they've been out awhile.

David at Layer 2 has provided computer support for my personal computers for several years. He is always very professional, dependable and thorough, and he follows up to make sure any issues were resolved and did not resurface. Prices are very reasonable. David got rid of all the malware, virus & spyware issues I had, despite the fact I had McAfee protection loaded and kept up to date on my laptop. He also did a "tune up" to ensure I had better performance. David got the work accomplished less than a week after I dropped it off. I am very happy with how well my laptop works. I've also subscribed to David's monthly service to keep my laptop virus free. I now have an expert to contact the next time I have any question or issue and know I'm supporting a local small businessman! Win-win!

This was a very positive experience. I appreciated the analysis that went into determining what the problem was. I've gone to the "big box" stores for service in the past and right away they wanted to just start rebuilding my PC from the ground up rather than taking time to determine what the specific issue was. And then when I would get my PC home I would have a bunch of work to do to reload software, etc. But, with Layer2 I brought my laptop home and it was good to go and is working great! Also, Layer2 has checked back with me twice just to see if my laptop was performing well and ask if I was having any problems with the service. I will certainly use them again in the future and could recommend them without reservation.

My computer would freeze at about 20 minutes of use. Required power OFF and then power On to get operating, Start up was not normal, computer went into a lengthy checking operation before normal operation. Computer was very slow. A previous technician gave up on software solutions and declared the problem was hardware. David spent about an hour - cleaned the computer of extraneous software, swept for malware and virus infection. The computer became normal and faster. No more freezing or unexplained testing. A secondary problem was having the white part of a display screen turn to pink. He did not dind a cause, nor correct that. The effect is cosmetic and did not interfere with operation. He did not charge for time spent on the unresolved feature. David is a very pleasant person, willing to explain anything. His skill at manipulations on the keyboard was very impressive. I expect to call on him for future needs.

He is a young man. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to work with any kind of issues I have. He is very nice and willing to go above and beyond what is expected. He does a great job and his company is top notch.

Computer locked up several times a day. I called Layer 2 Computers and David Trifiro phoned back within the hour. He came the next day and worked his magic and everything was running better than ever. Several days later I had a lock up, called Layer 2 and they checked out everything again and fixed it at no charge. There is no better technology specialist than Layer 2 Computers.
