Description of Work: The monitor my laptop remotely on a weekly basis. They check for bugs, popups and any general problems. They are the best around and very reasonably priced. I wouldn't trust another company with my computer needs.

Description of Work: David cleaned up a computer that was infected with multiple viruses and installed anti-virus software. On another computer, he enabled the computer to connect to a wireless network. And finally, he even got our DVD player to work! He came out on schedule. Performed all the work here in our house. We did not have to disconnect our computers and take them into another location for service as we have had to do in the past. This was a great time-saver to have him come to us. On our initial phone call we told him about the computer that wasn't working. He discovered multiple viruses which he cleaned up. Then we asked that he look at another computer to make it compatible with our wireless network. He was gracious enough to handle that problem as well. And then my husband even asked him to look at our DVD player which he couldn't get working on our TV and he handled that unusual request as well.

He spent 2 hours fixing various problems on my computer, including removing malware, speeding up my computer's performance, and fixing issues with syncing my iphone, ipad, with my PC (outlook) calendar. Everything is working great now! The price was very reasonable for what I got. Very highly recommend!

+ -1 more1. could not get on internet. He was able to restore that problem. 2 Lost my original screen and could only get AOL e-mail page. He restored that. Lost it again and he told me how to fix it by sending directions by e-mail along with links and step by step directions.
Description of Work: Outstanding service and knowledge in computer repair. Complete check ups and has restored the computer screen to its original state. He has solved problems by service calls, phone help and e-mail help with explicit directions. Very professional and personable.
