Description of Work: They provided a detailed estimate over the phone. They called ahead (as they said they would) to validate their arrival time. Showed up on time and double checked their estimate. Then went right to work to clean the carpet in almost my entire house. Explained process they would use, and how it may/may not get out all the stains from my cat vomit (got most of them out). Moved furniture as needed and moved it back when done. Excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. Great job and loved fact everything was dry in less than 2 hours. |
