He was really really great. The price was reasonable. He even went with me to the computer store. I can't say enough good things about him. I have referred him to a few friends.

My son was having problems with a hard drive on an old desk top. Earl answered the phone right away and listened very patiently to us. Within a few hours he was here, answering all our questions and right on top of everything. He was able to solve the problem and save all the data. He was very patient, polite and knowledgable.

We appreciate the follow-up and willingness to stand by his work. Would recommend him strongly and will absolutely use for any and all of our computer issues.

I chose Earl Nittskoff from Angie's list based on his favorable reports and proximity to my home. My computer monitor was in a permanent state of sleep mode and I didn't know why. Prior to that, my computer was performing slower and slower and kept trying to upload programs that I didn't want. Earl arrived on time and soon diagnosed that all of the equipment connected to the desktop was in good working order, but the desktop was no longer operable. I wasn't sure how much of the information on the computer had been saved to backup files. He took the whole thing with him and was able to extract and save all of my files from the "dead" computer. In the meantime I was about to buy another computer when my daughter suggested that I try to load the laptop that I had as a backup computer instead, for the time being. This would save money going into the holidays. When Earl brought back the old desktop and the files, I asked him to look at the laptop to see if it had the capabilities I needed. He determined that it did and proceeded to load the saved files on the DVDs to the laptop. The only accessory that did not work with the laptop was an outdated keyboard. Earl had a spare one and "threw" that in with the excellent service that he provided.

I had emailed V V E about an issue I was having with my home PC. Earl responded to my inquiry promptly and was able to look at my PC the following day. My issue turned out to be a virus/malware infection, Earl removed the problem and restored many of the files that were "hidden" by the malware. He also did some optimization of my PC, and downloaded some of the Windows updates that I had neglected to do. This was done the same day, and at an acceptable rate. I would recommend VVE/Earl for this type of service.

He was able to solve the issue over the phone. He didn't charge me for the service but I feel like I should pay because he was so helpful.

They did not charge me anything for the service and I am very grateful. They have great availability. I will definitely use them again in the future.

My computer was not able to function after start up after loading a security software. Excellent results from VVE. Installed free security software, scanned files and registry w correction to errors, elimination of adware, spyware and viruses that my fee for service security product DID NOT do. Vast difference in processing speed. I was instructed that I need more memory. I was actually planning on purchasing a new computer and will use this company for maintenance and trouble shooting and setting up the new system. Services scheduled quickly, and delivered professionally w excellent results.

He did an excellent job. He was very personable and friendly. He was also knowledgeable. He took care of my problems. He was actually better than I thought he would be.

it went well he arrived on time knew what he was in for has far as my computer running slow told me each step he did and what to expect when he did it, and after he finished he told me the problem and what to get for it and where to get it.and how to install it.

He was very proud of himself and he did a good job. He has an office with his brother so you contact him by phone. He doesn't really have a place of business but he did get back to me. He came to my house but he wasn't able to fix it so he took it home with him and then fixed it and brought it back. I was impressed that he wasn't willing to give up; he kept trying things until he was able to fix it. The price was good for what he did.

My experience started with a special offer made by Angie's List. I contacted the VVE # and got an appointment at my convenience. Mr. Nittskoff was prompt and courteous. He gave me several alternatives to improve the functioning of my computer. In genereral the service was outstanding, reasonably priced and very helpful. I will use VVE services again and have recommended them to a friend.

I called with a potential serious virus problem. We talked for several minutes and he suggested a simple process that would save me a home visit. I applied his suggestion and it worked! He called the next day to see if my computer was back to normal. I had called Geek Squad and others and they quoted a repair price for the same problem that was over $200. Very ethical and professional operation

Earl did a diagnostic test on my desktop computer and found that my hard drive was bad. Because my computer is very old, he offered to fix it but recommended buying a new one. He also checked three jump drives I have to see if I ever backed up any information from my desktop. When I asked Earl how much I owed him, he said he would not charge me, but since Earl was already in our home, I asked him to look at my husband's computer. He checked my husband's lap top to diagnose why it is soooooo slow. Earl informed my husband that the computer did not have enough RAM (memory) and explained in detail how to correct the problem. Earl also gave tips and provided detailed information about wireless connections and cards. Earl is very friendly and professional. He is very knowledgable and explains things in a way that you can understand it.
