Earl answered the phone 1st time & we scheduled a date for service at my home. He arrived promptly and began working to assess the problems. He was very knowledgeable about the processes both hardware and software. I would definitely use V V E Computer Consulting again in the future.

I think Earl was great and cheap at the price. I had already paid another company to fix the old computer and it was worse than before they started. He was a little late for the appointment because of address problems, but he still came the same day and worked for two hours. If my internet connection had not been so slow I.m sure he could have finished the same day. He brought both computers back the next day after calling to verify the time was OK. He then set up the new laptop with the wireless printer and solved a few problems with the fingerprint scanner before he left. I am delighted with the work he did and the short amount of time it took. I would recommend him to anyone. I am very pleased that he came to Summit county even though he lives in S. Euclid.

Earl was prompt and took care of the problem right away.

Telephoned him and explained problem, set up appointment for Mon. at noon. He spent about 15 minutes and fixed the problem.

It was very, very good and I was well pleased. He was punctual and on time. The pricing was satisfactory.

After getting the "blue screen of death", I checked Angie's list and from other reviews called this company. Earl came out within a few hours, called a half hour before arriving, is extremely professional and beyond knowledgeable. He tried to boot up the CPU, no luck. He took the CPU with him and said he felt he could recover my files. He called later in the evening saying he was able to recover all data, pictures, and e-mail; and that he was going to see if he could get the CPU to boot up and said he would return the CPU along with a flash drive late morning of the next day. He called me in the morning and said "the computer is working"! He said he would be out in the morning and would call a half hour before arriving, which he did. He reconnected the CPU and VIOLA! Not only did he back up all my files to a flash drive, the computer is working fine--I'm using it right now! Do not hesitate to call this company for computer repair of all types!

He was good, and he did a good job. I have to call him and tell him to come out and look at my computer for me. He is a good guy, he knows what he is doing. I got him off of the Angie's List magazine. He is an old man but he is good. You have to be careful when using these guys because I know one guy who would do something to the computer such that after one year it will go down, so you have to call them again. He took his time to go in and showed me different things that I didn't know.

Installer arrived on time and was prompt with service. He explained what he was doing and it's purpose. We discussed troubleshooting any future issues if they came up. Basically, a new range extender was installed to help with wireless connection in our older home. Installer was here for 30-35 mins.

.After literally hours of fidgeting with my computer setup to restore my wifi connections, I called Earl. Within 30 minutes he was sitting at my computer. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the system working. The whole experience was impressive. He was prompt, professional and efficient. I would recommend him enthusiastically.

The computer works well. He did what we asked, was competent and accommodating.

My old computer completely froze up......unable to to be diagnosed in any way. It took a few days before finding a refurbished unit Then he came and set it up. It is working fine except for the Microsoft games which still present a problem not as yet solved. The games are not working but he continues to search for the problem.

Earl showed up on time and was very nice. He was very patient with me as I wasn't as ready for him as he was for me. All went very good. He got the camera up and working provided me with some very use full info for later on. left instructions on my desk top for me. I found VVE computer consulting on angie's list more than a year ago and have called Earl several times with computer problems. He solved all of them over the phone. He is more than willing to do that, so as not waste your time or his. This is the first time he's had to come out to actually work on my computers, and he was prompt, helpful, and friendly and courteous.

I cannot say enough good things about Earl Nitskoff. I was in the process of writing a midterm paper and like a dummy, decided to replace my failing router with a new one 2 days before the paper was due. I tried following the instructions, calling customer support, all to no avail. I found Earl's number on Angie's list and called and explained my problem. He kindly talked me through installing the router while talking to me on the phone. Flash forward to the next day, when I wanted tried to open my word processing program only to realize that the latest MAC operating system, Maverick, had wiped out my MacOffice Software! I once again called Earl, who suggested that I go out and buy the MacOffice Student version. I went to BestBuy where they sold me software that they guaranteed worked for Mac. A bit of information - I had been working on my paper at my job, so I wrote and email to myself, attached the paper and figure I'd finish it up at home on my MacBook Pro. That night, the day before the paper was due, I go to load the version of OfficeMac that I'd purchased at BestBuy only to discover that it did not work. I could not open the attachment. Panic stricken, I once again called Earl, after hours, I might add. It was too late to go out and buy another version of OfficeMac so Earl had me forward my email with the attached paper to him, where he proceeded to turn my document into RTF, so I could work on my paper on my MacBook Pro. He then emailed it back to me, where I confirmed over the phone to him that it worked. I was able to complete the paper! Earl literally saved my life! I've since had him over to install my wireless printer which he did effortlessly, explaining things to me as he went along. He is amazing and I cannot recommend him enough.

Earl fixed my printer issue that TechBachelors "fixed" previously, and would not come back for free. He made more adjustments so the same problem won't happen again, hopefully. He set things up so he can troubleshoot remotely in the future. He was courteous, prompt, quick and reasonably priced. So far, so good.

I called V V E Computer Consulting because i was unable to get my computer to power on. The company owner (Earl Nittskoff) first consulted with me over the telephone to see if this was something that i could remedy on my own. I appreciated that because it would have saved me time, and money. Mr. Nittskoff asked me to call him back to let him know whether or not what he suggested worked. A few hours went by, and i forgot to call him back; so he followed up and contacted me. As it turns out, the computer was still not working, so Mr. Nittskoff scheduled an appointment to come to my home the very next day, arrived on time, and made the repair. Afterwards, he followed up again by calling the next day to ensure that i was satisfied with the service.

It was excellent, they fixed both issues, the printer did need replacing.

It went really well over. The gentleman that helped us out very polite and professional. He seemd to know what he was doing.

Perfect. Earl had to get on the phone with AT&T for half an hour to get the high speed internet connecting activated. He knew what to say to them. I could not have done it. He was worth the money just for that but he did much more. He was helpful and never condescending. Nice guy, very helpful.

He was prompt, helpful, and very professional. I am totally satisfied.

It seemed fine. When he brought the laptop back to me, it was working just fine. However, about one month later, the same problem occurred. When I called him back, he was not very responsive. He said he'll do some research and get back to me. He wasn't willing to come back out and take care of the matter for no additional charge. I basically paid $125.00 for a "fix" that only lasted about one month. Definitely did not exceed my expectations. I will not use him anymore.
