Description of Work: Earl came to my house to pick up my hard drive because he thought it had a virus, but when he looked at it the most is needed was some cleaning up and the settings checked. He was very professional, honest and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for: $55 for One Hour of On-Site Computer Services. I was having issues with the computer itself. They sent an email and they were commutative, responsive and advised me to their availability. I ended up just getting a refund for the Big Deal.

Description of Work: Contacted service provider but decided my PC issues were serious and required more than a tune-up. Service rate seemed fair and competitive.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angies List Grest Deal for this company. When I called to set an appointment the owner would not set the appointment. He stated that he had to wait for Angie's List to report to him how many deals had sold at the end of the deal. This was 12 days away. I called Angie's List customer support and got a refund on the services.

Description of Work: The computer was very noisy - needed a new power supply- the fan was causing the noise.Called in the morning and he was here in the afternoon- at the time quoted. He replaced the power supply and also cleaned up some files on the computer. Cost was as quoted. Nice work and he will be my first call for any computer issues in the future.

Description of Work: I had a basic connectivity issue regarding my wireless print function. mr. nittskoff sized up the issue straight away. turns out that everything was actually set up properly but I was missing a step in the process. on the one hand, nothing was really wrong with the system. on the other, I would have wasted a lot of precious time trying to figure it out myself or waiting endlessly on the phone for tech support. i was more than happy to pay the nominal fee. also, mr. nittskoff responded incredibly promptly to the service call and even arrived early. in this instance, he saved me a lot of time and I was quite happy I called on him.
