Always on time. Came once for precise measurements and then to complete the job once the glass was ready.

Their pricing was pretty good and they were by far the best quote when compared to another quote I had received. They came out and did the job once they had given me the quote. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would. The quality of their work was great and they were very professional.

I walked into the store and told Normthe problem I was having with a window. Norm promptly completed a work order. The service person followed up and worked his schedule so that I could be there to look at the problem. Once he saw what was needed. He called as soon as he had the parts and scheduled ther repair.

've been dealing with Supreme since 1986, when I moved into this house . Their response has always been immediate, the prices were fair, the work was done punctually and has always been good. They've even made house calls when necessary. What more could you want?

I have used Supreme Window for nearly all of my window replacements. This time, as in other occasions, after measurements and ordering the windows, they installed them after removing the woodwork from the previous windows (along with the windows!). It was done efficiently; they removed all debris, and we had two new windows that let in much more light, but are better protection from cold air and intruders.

The price was fair and the quality of work was outstanding

I went to the shop to look at examples of finished product, ordered storms and they were installed a couple weeks later.

Very responsible and professional. We will keep them in business for a long time as our dogs keeping damaging our screens. We are long-time customers.

Supreme provided and installed replacement tempered glass for 5 x 2.5 ft. oval patio table. I dismantled the legs from the table and brought in the table top frame to the shop. A one week process. I dropped off the frame and also picked it up, which required a minivan. I thought price was fair for a large piece of tempered glass with an sun umbrella hole cut in it. Just the no-nonsense vendor I was looking for.

They have been responsive, competent, and reliable. I would certainly continue to use their services and to recommend that others do too.

I just used them today. I liked that they were very responsive. They returned phone calls quickly. They replaced a very old screen on a door that was original to the house. It was about an 80-year-old door. They came and did the work here rather than removing the door and taking it to their shop. They spent about an hour installing a new screen and putting a metal grill over it so that our children and our cats could no longer punch through the screen when they pushed the door open. They worked quickly and seemed to take pride in the quality of their work. They did a great job.

They were very professional and careful about getting the correct measurements. The took the time to fully explain the product. Delivered the product in a timely manner, exactly when they said they would. Professional and courteous.

I called them to receive information about totally replacing our windows but they only do glass replacement.

Did it while we waited. Had available exactly the sort of glass we wanted. Perfect job.

They were pretty fast and they responded within a day or so. They were on time and I thought that they could have been a little cheaper.

We had a beautiful 2 foot by 3 foot mirror hanging on the wall over our fireplace. It fell off the wall during a strong wind while we hade all the windows open in the house. It was quite intricate with a central main mirror surrounded by 8 smaller mirrors around the framework, Some of the smaller pieces were still intact but the main central mirror needed replacement. Each piece was beveled and quite intricate. We had obtained several estimates for the repair and they were the most reasonable. We purchased the replacement mirror from them and they were able to refer us to a frame shop in the area which did an excellent job of the re-assembly part of it. The original replacement had some type of problem (wrong size??) and they placed the re-order. Between the mirror shop and the frame shop, we now have a beautiful mirror back hanging on our wall. I am uncertain whether the delay was mainly due to the replacement mirror or the frame reconstruction. We are pleased with the workmanship and recomment both companies.

It went excellent. They repaired the screen door, they did this on their own. They went above and beyond.

My items were fixed and ready in two days.

I called after hours on a weekday, and they returned my call first thing next morning. Someone came out to measure the window later that day, and they placed an order to arrive over the weekend -- the manufacturer no longer made the original window type, but made one substantially the same that fit fine. When it came in early the following week, they had it in in about an hour. Overall, they did great work as soon as supplies allowed.

After they installed the window they presented me with a bill that was $50.00 over the original repair cost. If I didn't have the original invoice he would have over charged me. From another report I see that they tried this with another customer. This is not how to do business, mean what you say and say what you mean.

The workers were very professional, friendly, skilled and courteous. The total cost did not deviate from the estimate. We were very happy with the overall experience.

After breaking a custom mirror on bathroom's medicine cabinet and then breaking a pane of glass on the side entry door to our garage, we paid Steve a visit. He understood exactly what we needed and told us he could have the mirror done within a week (since they are cut off site) and the glass could be replaced the next day. We paid for the mirror in advance and he let us know we could pay for the glass when we came in to pick up the mirror. True to his word, the pane of glass was in place when I got home from work the next day. And that Saturday he called to let us know the mirror was in. The quality of workmanship was great, he was prompt, and his prices were far more reasonable than other glass/mirror folks I have dealt with.

The experience was very unpleasant. If you quote a time and price to someone then you need to be honest enough to charge that. You can't manipulate the facts to suit yourself when someone picks up their item. I thought it was unprofessional and sleazy. It was the quoted price, not an estimate.

It was great! They did the job great! The glass was perfect and smooth. They also had the job done when they said they were going to have it done.

I broke the glass in the door of our medicine cabinet. I cleaned all the broken glass off the door, sanded and painted it, and brought it in to their shop. He showed me what type of mirror they would use, and explained to me how they would affix the mirror to the door. He answered my questions, and pointed out that the mirror wouldn't fit perfectly because the door wasn't precisely square. The door was ready the next day, as promised. The work was well done, and I am totally satisfied.
