Supreme Window & Glass

I have dealt with supreme window three times since we got our in house in 2016. I will call no one else , they are the best and it is not even close . They did all my windows and were very well priced and honest. Mike also took care of out shower doors and home gym downstairs (installed mirrors on the wall). Our house and interior definetly stands out ! thank you Mike !

I called for a quote and the person was rude and impatient. Didn’t want to answer my questions. I asked if I called at a good time and he said yes.

Our front window shattered. It was after hours and I wasn’t sure what to do because we couldn’t go to sleep without a window. I tried a couple of companies but did not receive any response. When I reached out to Supreme glass, they called back within minutes and arrived at my home a half hour later. They cleaned up the glass that was splintered everywhere and put in a temporary covering created to size while we wait for the new window to arrive. Their service was amazing!

Marc and Joe were beyond helpful throughout this whole process. For having almost all of the windows replaced in our house, they were very easy to work with. The job was initially quoted at a few days, but they were able to knock it all out in one. You would think that getting a job done quickly would mean it was done sloppy, but that's not the case. They were very diligent in the work that was being done and courteous to keep our house clean. From the open communication up front to the service delivered, I can't recommend them enough!

Marc came to give us estimate on a number of old windows and was very flexible about narrowing down to the specific list of things we wanted to do and could afford. Took about 5-6 weeks for installation after deposit was made. Guys came in and did replacement in one day, no issues. Perfect, would use them again.

It was amazing. I was anxious to have a broken basement window repaired as soon as possible. A same-day repair wasn't feasible, so I boarded up the window with poster board and hoped to schedule the work as soon as possible. I wasn't able to be present for the replacement during the first available time, which was a few days later, so Supreme Window and Glass replaced it without me being present, I thought that was fabulous as I had no time to leave work for this. I paid over the phone. The work appears to have been done well. I would say Supreme Window and Glass understands the customer's needs!

The work order states that part of the installation was to take out the old trim and installed a new trim. They decided on their own not to install a new trim and re used the trim that was already there which was 30 plus years old. I did called them and asked them to get a new trim, they told me that they were not going to do it because they determined that it didn't need a new trim. The city of South Euclid is not going to pay them the balance due from he grant because they did not bother to pull a permit or have a final inspection. UPDATE: They did what they were supposed to do completing the job satisfactorily after a phone call.

Went great! Called in and spoke with Marc. Sent in pictures of what the current windows and door looked like and he was able to email me right over a quote.

Now I have a place to go for my custom glass needs! It went great. Two guys came out to inspect and measure, very courteous. Glass is in place now, and looks great. Marc kept me in the loop throughout. Highly recommend.

They measured and quoted on the spot. Turnaround time was a couple of weeks and then they came out to install it.

We were pleased with their knowledge and workmanship. The quality of the product is excellent and we are pleased with the result.

After breaking the glass in my shower door I had three shower door companies come out, and all wanted to replace the whole door. I finally found Supreme Window & Glass on Angies List, and with no hesitation Marc agreed to do just what I wanted, replacing only the glass in my door. Mark Muskal and his brother, Mike, are knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with, and do excellent work. I will definitely call them in the future if I need any of the services they provide.

We wanted to be able to open the windows, which were over a sink in the kitchen, in the summer. It was a very tight fit to add storm windows over the leaded glass with sandstone and brick surround. Marc was upfront stating it may be a problem. When he was back at the shop, he called and said he believed it would work. It did. We had a much warmer winter in the kitchen.

The vendor responded quickly and gave me detailed information on window replacement. I would contact themin the future to do the replacement.

I had a broken basement window on Sunday afternoon. I taped and boarded it with wood. On Monday morning I found Supreme Window and Glass on Angieslist.com and called. Marc, the owner was able to give me an estimate on the phone and wanted to come out the same day!! I checked a few other places. They either wouldn't give me a price over the phone and the one who did was way more money. I called back to schedule for Tuesday and they were able to fit me in. Mike, the technician, got here on time and finished faster than I was told it would take. He was professional and courteous and cleaned the basement area better than it was before he got there!

It went smoothly. I ordered the windows and was told it would take five to six weeks until the windows were fabricated. After five weeks, Mark called to schedule the installation. Mike showed up at the scheduled time and installed the windows.
