Description of Work: They replaced two entry doors. The front door included sidelights. Mark was great to deal with. He provided 2 people to talk to that had entry doors done. He also was great in following through on details. I had interviewed several companies and Supreme was one of the lowest bidders. I like to go with local companies when possible. The installers were very professional and Mark made sure that I was satisfied with the job and tirelessly answered all my questions.

Description of Work: They replaced a large drafty, warped window with a new one. It went very well. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: The current owner of Supreme Window Co is not as willing as the previous owner. I have been disappointed with his attitude. I have gone in to the store to talk about possible storm doors and he was only a little interested in talking with me. I have gone elsewhere to get service. I'm sorry because I have done business with Supreme since the 1970's and have been very happy....not so now.

Description of Work: I've used Supreme Glass twice and have been really happy with them. They installed all new storm windows on my house about 7 years ago and they still work great/look great. Last year they replaced my front screen door and have come back to make adjustments.

Description of Work: Steve (I call him Steve Supreme) has done at least 3 jobs for us. All have been done professionally and all communication has been pleasant and helpful. The work was done more than a year ago, so don't remember details, but my husband and I trust that Supreme gives us a fair price for their good work. They follow through on their cost and time estimates. Many years ago they put in a bow window for us. More recently they replaced glass and sashes in several windows I would grade them A. The bow window cost probably 1500 about 20 years ago and the more recent work several hundred to 1000 dollars.

I dealt with Norm and son Mark.in both cases I was offered a fair gimmick-free price, the workers showed up promptly, acted very professionally and did an outstanding job. when a problem occurred at my residence, Norm acted swiftly and persistently to get the problem resolved. One window arrived with a few scratchers on the frame that I honestly did not notice. he had the windows installed, then proceeded immediately to have the manufacturer replace. with this type of thorough preparation, I was very pleased and would not hesitate to use them again. -

Description of Work: Cut a piece of glass for a garage door window.

Description of Work: A windowsill exposed to the usual pressures of time and water had succumbed to significant deterioration. The question on the table was whether the structure could be saved versus needing to replace a significant bank of windows which potentially could have altered the appearnace of the home and also cost a significant amount of money. I searched the internet on saving window structures and found this contact. I called and they came to my home to evaluate. There was a reasonable fee attached to the evaluation. They provided an estimate and told me they thought they could replace the window sill and some of the lower framing on the existing window structure. When Chris arrived to perform the repair, I showed him an additional problem with the one window. There was rust in the mechanism limiting its ability to open and close properly. Chris could have said just replace the window, but instead did a careful evaluation. He was able to remove the deteriorated section and fix the mechanism sufficiently to the point of operation. He took time and care and did not take the "easy route." He did the kind of job I would have done had I the skill. I was most appreciative of this time and attention and skill. Kudos to Chris!
