Were honest about determining our chimneys were clean and did not need swept ... Installed our chimney caps as requested and did some extra repair in the chimney tops for cash. Inspected both fireplaces and quoted some prices for repairing both, with most being new mortar or caulking on some deteriorated brick joints.

Technicians were on time. Quoted price and did the work the same day. Mindful of keeping areas clean. Would use this company again.

The gutter guard was to be re-installed. It was not and it was gone when they were finished. The roof over shoots the spouting. They said if we bought a new one they would install it in maybe in 6 weeks.

Glad they sent someone out immediately to install a new chimney cap. Excellent sales person, Lane, and excellent price.

My only complaint was they tried to over sell more services by saying I needed more than I hired them for.

They called back right away and were able to schedule our job soon after. They took pictures of the problems and found more problems that were caused by previous roofer. Repair was made and no more leaks!

I got service in one days time which is amazing . The workers seemed to be able to do about everything. If I need more work done on the brickwork I will call on them.
