Very nice when I called to have someone come out and give me an estimate. The price was reasonable. They answered all of my questions and made sure I knew what the procedure would be like. They came out promptly on the scheduled date to repair the window and it is perfect. They also have a great showroom for anyone that can take the time to visit it.

They were really professional. I was impressed with the people that came out and did the measuring and the installation. They arrived when they said they would. I have no complaints. They did a good job.

We stopped by the showroom in Solon and met the staff, then arranged for a visit to measure the shower door dimensions. Wasn't too long after this we set up a date for install. Fantastic new shower door, and one year later we are still very happy with it and the installing company.

Excellent service in the showroom, followed up by a visit within a few days to our home to measure for the door. Within 10 days the door was ready for installation. They arrived promptly, installed the door on a shower stall, and within a few hours the job was complete. Very professional - very clean work. The door is beautiful and we're very pleased.

When I called for an estimate they came out the next day. When the work was done they were right on time. Very nice crew, very professional. Also very neat. The shower looks excellent and the window glass is perfect.

I was very happy with the shower door that Solon Glass installed two years ago, but after a contractor put in a new shower, he was unable to reinstall the door properly. I initially asked Solon Glass to come out and reinstall the old door, but the cost would have been $299 for that service. So, I decided to get a new one for $69 more. Although I had a copy of the previous job invoice with measurements, Josh came out and measured it again; then Casey came with the new door and installed it. I asked Casey to try to cover, as much as possible, the extra holes the contractor had made in the tiles, and while he couldn't do that entirely, he did put a clear caulk on them and was able to install the door so that the holes weren't so obvious. I think he did an excellent job.

These guys were great. We went into the store to place our order and Roy was very helpful. The guys who came out for the measure were pleasant, accurate, and quick. The guys who came out to do the install were also pleasant, accurate, quick, and neat (they wore booties over their shoes and cleaned up after themselves).

The experience went very smoothly. We set appointments, and they were polite and on time. They came first to measure everything, and after ordering the glass and shower door, they came to install it. The first measurement for the window was not accurate, but they reordered and came back in a few days with the correct size. The quality is very good. The shower door is quite attractive, as well as functional.

The actual cost came in under estimate. They were very high quality.

ESTIMATOR AND WORK CREW BOTH VERY PUNCTUAL. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE, CONSIDERING IT WAS AN OUTSIZED WINDOW AND THE INSERT HAD TO BE SPECIALLY MADE.

TWO MEN WHO COMPLETED THE WORK WERE ON TIME; THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND STAYED ON TASK. THEY VACUUMED SMALL BITS OF BROKEN GLASS, TOOK THE REMAINING BROKEN GLASS FROM THE FRAMES AND TOOK ALL OF IT AWAY. THEY CLEANED THE GLASS AFTER MOUNTING.
