Description of Work: They replaced 4 small drop in windows with two larger ones that slid and replaced two double hung windows. We have used them to systematically replace our windows. They have honored their original pricing even though we have taken several years to replace about half. We will continue to use them as their pricing and service has been exceptional. Aside windows has replaced a torn screen and one window that I was not satisfied with without question. Plan on using them when we remodel the kitchen later this year

Description of Work: They replaced most of my windows. The price was very reasonable and the service was good. I had one window that cracked and it was replaced with no problems at all under their warranty.

Description of Work: Good quality windows, good installers, better price than my other bids, they even called to check up a couple of weeks after the job was done. I have recommended these people to others.

Description of Work: Replaced a bank of 6 windows from floor to ceiling and 1 bedroom window. I guess the most important thing is that the windows look good and kept air out last winter. There is a great improvement in the look and temperature in the living room. But, I was/am disappointed in the lack of follow-up from my salesman and the company. Not one call, email, regular mail, or anything checking on my satisfaction or a thank you for my business. NEVER experienced that before from a business.

Description of Work: They replaced a large picture window. The first scheduled appointment was not successful as they did not have enough people to install the window. The second appointment after over a week later was successful. The down side was that although the window was purchased at the beginning of July it was not installed until almost the end of September. This window needed to bad custom made. Description of Work: When getting estimates they gave me a true estimate on their top end windows, not the low end. Others were giving low ball estimate to jump it up later, bait and switch it seemed to me._x000D_|All Empire's people showed up as scheduled and were very professional. _x000D_|The installation crew found a a problem with a screen started a claim to have it replaced right there. later I found another problem with a cracked corner. When I called Empire did direct me to Alside factory who also responed quickly with a service tech scheduled and replacement in about 3 weeks._x000D_|Overall we were very pleased with the with the preformance of both Empire and Alside windows. They did what the salesman said they would._x000D_|We plan on using them again to replace more windows. _x000D_|

Description of Work: Empire was among four companies we had out to give us an estimate to replace 11 of our windows and a slider door. When contacted via email we got a very timely response from the appointment setter and was able to work out a mutally convenient time for a sales rep to come out. The sales rep was on time, very polite and the price we were quoted was very competitive. The only downside was that the salesperson, at least two times during the presentation, asked us if he did this or did that would we make a committment today. In our initial email to all the companies we stated we would not be making a decision that day...in part to avoid this sales tactic. Otherwise he made a good presentation, demonstrated a window and made good suggestions.
