Very professional and respectful of property job completed in a timely manner and looks fabulous

From the first meeting with the salesman, Mark, until the job's finish everything was done welland according to plan. Once the job started, the installer, Jeff, let me know when he'd be at my home. His work ethic was outstanding. He was always focused on the job and the only break he and his assistant took was for a short lunch. Everything was cleaned up daily and I haven't found any nails at all.

From estimate to scheduling to work completion, was very very satisfied with Empire Windows. Price was great (they seem to keep overhead lower than most and price was super competitive); everyone I dealt with throughout the process was friendly and professional; the install was done within the time window they gave me; and last/importantly, the install crew was outstanding, thorough, polite, neat, and did a great job, very obvious they consider quality/satisfaction a top priority.. Would do business with again.

Very well. The job was done sooner then thought do to another cancel, the crew was on time and finished the job in less time then was first thought, they were very concerned with detail and that we were pleased.

Needed to have every window in the house replaced since I had original aluminum windows with broken seals and lots of stains and haze. The salesman (Scott) was such a pleasure to work with and very fair with pricing and transparency. The price to value is amazing with this company and I am so happy with how little I had to pay for top-notch windows. The installers were very professional, on task and took no breaks. They did a marvelous job and had the house done by the end of the day. They also did an amazing job of installing the window kit over the skinny stained glass window right next to the front door since it was leaking heat and cold like crazy. I am so glad I chose this company and have recommended them to my neighbors (one of them has gone with Empire for his total redo).

We called empire and had a quote done within a week. We ended up choosing them based on the reviews on here and meeting with the sales man. We ordered the windows in November and they were installed in January. The installers came and were in and out in a day. They cleaned up and were very polite. The problem I have with the company came after the install. The installers put in a screen that had a tear/hole in it. I called the company the next morning and told them about it and they said it would be ordered and replaced in a few weeks. That was FIVE months ago. I’ve called twice and get the same answer, the screen is on order and will be replaced as soon as it comes in. I find it very hard to believe. Overall the pricing was great and install was quick. But if you have a problem with anything good luck getting it fixed.

I had zero problems throughout the entire process, and the price I paid was literally 1/3rd of what the big companies quoted me for the same windows. If you get vinyl replacement windows, there are only a handful of OEMs, so they're all selling you nearly identical windows. Each reseller claims those windows are manufactured just for them, and sold only by them, because they work out a deal with the manufacturer to change one tiny part of the window like the latch shape so they can say it's only theirs. Don't be fooled. The windows your neighbor paid $800 each for are the same windows you can get from Empire for a third of that. I am not affiliated with Empire except as a customer. They do a good job for a good price.

For the most part they were clean. They were prompt. There was one defective window and they are working with us to get that resolved. They’re coming back to correct the mistake on the 29th of this month. They’re salesman was very professional and so far, the whole process I was happy with, after dealing with many companies. I’m hesitate to give an A overall, only because they haven’t done the rework yet. I would use the provider again.

They were very careful and cleaned everything up.

I received several estimates - Empire Windows were not the highest or the lowest. Everything was comparable - quality, warranty, price. Mainly I liked the sales guy. First appointment was the sales appointment - no pressure, just best price. We gave a deposit of <50%. Next appointment, within a week, was the measuring. Quick, easy, maybe 10 minutes. Finally, we got the call, the windows were in. The install took 2 hours for all three. Fast, very loud, but clean and well done. Nice job, pleased with finished product. Was working with local sales rep (Solon I think) who provided a decent quote on 6 replacement windows. Was leaning towards Empire until I could never get in contact with the service rep again. Left several messages. Ended up calling local office. They paged him. He left me a voicemail the next day, and of course he didn't answer when I called back. Worse customer service ever. Window Nation gladly took the business. Will not recommend Empire to anyone, just on the service alone.

I contacted Empire Window Company after reading many reviews on Angie's List and felt that they would have some of the best price and service. The sales pitch is not as aggressive as other companies, but they still put some pressure on you. The crew that came out worked hard and finished just under two days. We weren't satisfied with some of the re-installation of the trim around the edge of the window and contacted Empire about this. They had a crew out ASAP to back caulk the seems. We were impressed with the overall communication and how quickly the sought to remedy our situation. I recommend them to everyone I know interested in windows.

They did a wonderful job . The new window looks perfect. Installation was very professional and they had the entire place cleaned up when they left .

Requested estimate from Empire through Angie's list and they called back promptly, which I appreciated. However, once we started providing information to set up the appointment, they started asking questions that I consider personal and have nothing to do with my potential purchase of windows. I advised them that if that is their approach to business, I would take my business elsewhere

Empire did a great job start to finish. Their salesman, Bill, understood his products and was very low pressure. Their installation team was expert and efficient. All work was done on time and the site was clean when they left. I would recommend them to anyone looking for window replacement.

Very pleased with install, just the way they laid down a bead of caulk, the windows look like they were put in when the house was built. Mark, the salesman was a great communicator and even did a follow up call to make sure everything was right.

7/17/14 Representative Bill from Empire quoted. Very professional, did not feel pressured. Advised 5 to 7 weeks expected time frame until installation date. 7/23 Representative from manufacturer came back to take 2nd measurements. 9/5/14 Installation completed. Installers arrived on time, placed down drop cloths on work area floors, placed plastic to avoid dust to contain in area, cleaned up and removed all debris. After finished with install, showed how to open, remove windows. All were very courteous. Asked if any questions, would highly recommend. We dealt with 3 different representatives that came to our home, all were on time and professional.

I was looking to have 10 windows replaced and spoke with three companies. I told all three companies the same thing: I had just gone through this process the prior year at my old house and was looking for a quote and not a horse and pony demonstration of a window. The other companies went through their demo nonetheless, but the rep from Empire let me ask my questions and gave me a bottom line quote right away. When I told him the quote was higher than a competitor, he said the competitor likely bait-and-switched me. I checked the paperwork and sure enough, he was right. The honesty was what sold me more than anything. The techs did the work a few weeks later, and I am very happy with the results!

Salesperson visited and gave the pitch. He provided a great deal of information. Shortly after we signed the contract, another person came to do final measurements, etc. About three weeks later, the crew came and replaced the window. Professional. Did a great job. After they left, we decided we were not satisfied with the color of the screw covers (not sure what they are called). They returned and replaced those covers.

This has been the best experience I have had working with a contractor. Very professional, always on time and stay true to their word. Everything was a great experience, from the first step in the whole process, (the sales/estimate first step) to the end, (professionally installed high quality windows). Was a great pleasure to work with both Mark (sales) and Dominic (installation). The entire process went very smoothly. We received exactly what we wanted and paid for and it was done when they said it would be. I would not hesitate in giving Empire a "A" rating and would recommend them to anyone.

We called for an estimate & a salesman came with a presentation. We were able to see the types & costs of the windows. There is some salesmanship involved, but we did not feel pressured. We felt Empire Windows gave us a fair competitive price. The workers were excellent. They were competent & courteous. There were 2 large picture windows & about 12 other windows to be replaced. It was during a heat wave & the guys just kept working right through the extreme heat of the day. We are happy with the quality of the work & the windows. After a few days I noticed that one of the windows did not lock completely. I called, someone came right out & did a quick adjustment. We would use them again & would recommend Empire Windows.
