At Cleveland Air Comfort Corporation, we install HVAC equipment and materials in new homes and additions with builders and home remodelers. We're a second generation, family-owned business. Since 1953, our company has been built on good quality work and service, leading to referrals which have grown our company to where we are now. We have been a lennox dealer for 50 years. Description of Work: The tech was great and I would use them again. My only problem, and it was a big one, was that I had to wait all day ( he arrived about 5:30 ), even the cable company doesn't do that any more.

Description of Work: First they put the air and heat ducts in my addition. They were one of the few bright spots in my addition project. Second, they reconnected my air conditioner compressor, were very professional in their job performance. I have used them several times since for service calls on yearly check-ups on my furnace and they are the only ones that have not made me wait at least four or five days. I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.

Description of Work: Our central A/C conditioner failed to cool when we turned it on for the first time this year. We phoned this company to come out and have a look at our unit. The person who showed up was not very professional. He told my husband that our 22-year old unit would need costly repairs or that we could buy a brand new unit instead. His diagnosis was correct. However, when my husband phoned a knowledgeable HVAC friend while the repairman was here to ask his friend's opinion as to the best course of action, the repairman got all upset and approached me, saying that my husband didn't trust him. Ridiculously immature behavior! | We soon decided to replace our central A/C unit and also our furnace, because they were both over 20 years old. We asked for an estimate from this company, and the estimator who came to our house was, in contrast, highly professional, personable, and experienced. His knowledge impressed us. In spite of this, we eventually chose another company because his estimate was higher than two other estimates we received. |

ANOTHER COMPANY HAD TROUBLE DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEM AND THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD COST OVER $700 FOR THE NEW HEAT EXCHANGER. CLEVELAND AIR WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY DID A REPLACEMENT, THEY EASILY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND THE CHARGE WAS AROUND $300. THEY WERE GOOD AT EXPLAINING THINGS AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I FELT VERY CONFIDENT IN THEM.
