"Exceptional! We are beyond pleased with our hardwood floors. We just moved into a new house where half of the flooring was an orange-colored hardwood and the other half was carpet. Zoltan and his team came in and refinished the existing hardwood floors and perfectly matched and installed the rest of the first floor with hardwood. Now they are a beautiful espresso color. "John and Chris did a fantastic job on the floors in our 124 year old home (a 1900 Victorian). Over the years, some shoddy repairs and replacements had been done and they worked hard to ensure the quality of the floors remained in-tact and to match the stain amongst different types of wood. John was open to our ideas and suggestions when we initally struggled with how to stain match them, but did an outstanding job mixing stains to get it done. We're so happy we went with them and would absolutely hire them again in the future!"

Biweekly service was contrac -ted but the team came in one week, charged $94. Neighbor complained about clumps of grass tossed on her lawn by worker. I called and told the agent that I wanted to stop all services immediately due to overcharging and failure to follow agreed costs. i WAS TOLD i HAD TO PAY $60 FOR EACH REMAINING SERVICE, FOR A TOTAL OF $600! NO NUMBER OF SERVICES WAS EVER CONTRACTED, BUT SPEEDY CLEANS IMMEDIATELY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD THE $600."

"We hired K&J for a move in clean after we bought our home. They were very responsive and easy to schedule. It was a flat rate of $200. Which was much lower than other competitors we looked at with no charge for add ons. I discussed that I wanted kitchen, bathrooms and all other rooms clean, dusted and vacuumed. Also that I wanted baseboards and inside the cabinets. No basement or garage needed. They said, no problem! They arrived on time and stayed for a couple hours. The next day I questioned what they did during that time. There was food still found in drawers and cupboards in the kitchen, the floor was filthy, the windows were not cleaned neither were the blinds. I have attempted to contact them and their mailbox is full. I have never been so disappointed. I do not even know what I paid for. I would NOT recommend this company."
