I have received no response from two other "Angie's List Grade A" contractors this spring. The grading survey needs to allow for feedback on contractors that do not respond, such as adding a radio control button for "Did not respond to request," and "N/A" for overall grade due to the work not being performed by the contractor.

Received a postcard offering quote. Very competitive quote plus senior citizen discount and pre-pay discount. We are getting more services for considerably less than we paid last year. One treatment so far and everything is fine. Nice people to work with. Will know more after the year is over, but very pleased so far.

They are scheduled to start in the spring. They charge per treatment. They are flexible and offer different options from which we can choose from. They did a good job last summer.

They are efficient, they do the job they say they will do and our lawn looks good. Their billing is understandable, nothing hidden and no tricks. Their prices are competitive. We have no intentions of switching.

They are excellent. They call before they come just to let you know that they are going to be there in a day or so, if you have any special concerns. They explain what they are doing and will come and redo any work that you are unhappy with, but that is not frequently necessary. They are professional and easy to get along with. We spend about $500 a year.

Quick response to my request for an estimate and arrived at the appointment on time. Professional in approach and the cost was reasonable. I plan on using them again.

Overall it has gone very well. My grass has shown much improvement.

We are happy with them. They are owned by another company called Schill Landscaping which we have also used. We have them on a schedule. The payment to this company is included in a package with Schill - I think I pay about $1000 a year. I would rate them highly.

Weed Pro seems to be reliable and they show up when they are supposed to. I had to have them come back a couple of times and they did so without any incidents.

We don't really have a set date when they come, they have a schedule that they follow for their customers. With the coupon, I feel that I'm getting a good deal. They have even left me notes to help me know what I need to do better to take care of my lawn.

They are very prompt. The people are extremely courteous and helpful in telling you what's going on with your lawn and what they are going to do about it. If what they do about it doesn't seem to solve the problem they'll be out for free to do what's necessary to fix it. I will continue to use them.

The grass looks great. My yard requires peculiarities of care. These were explained on the phone before service began. During the third application, I happened to be home so I went outside to speak to the most pleasant and then accommodating young man. I realized he was not familiar with the directions I had sent. It's also apparent a stubborn weed patch was not being sprayed by hand as necessary. I called before the final fall application requesting an in-person chat before the application. I was called for a coming morning meeting, but would not be home so was generously told someone would come later in the day, and going out of his way to do this. When he came, I was in the back yard so we missed each other. I was told we could talk the next day during the application, but no one came to the door so no conversation took place.

We really like this lawn treatment company. They come out quarterly to treat our lawn;they do a great job with the fertilizing and they also go back through the yard and spray any weeds that they see. They've always been very professional and easy to deal with! They always come when they say they will, too.

OVERALL IT WAS SPEAKING WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES ON THE PHONE THAT WON ME OVER. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. WE WERE TOLD THAT AFTER THE FIRST APPLICATION, THE WEEDS WOULDN'T GO AWAY, THEY WERE CORRECT. SUBSEQUENT FERTILIZATION WILL TAKE CARE OF IT.

VERY WILLING TO COME BACK IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS.
