"We recently had Hart Masonry and Waterproofing replace our foundation and waterproof the basement. The entire process was easy and Brandon and his crew were phenomenal! We had multiple companies out to quote the repair (big name companies that you see advertising everywhere). They all wanted to put band-aids on the problem, Hart Masonry was the only company that wanted to get to the heart of the issue and fix the entire basement so the foundation would be good for life. Most of the digging was done entirely by hand and the repair took 3 days less than originally expected which was a nice surprise.They were polite, efficient, willing to work around our schedule, and cleaned up after the work was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Hart Masonry and Waterproofing to anyone that has basement structural or water issues."

I grew up doing carpentry. My dad was a carpenter, as well as my grandpa. I had my first job in construction the summer of 5th grade. I got married at 18 and went into construction full-time. In my mid-20s, I started working in a chair shop and worked in the industry for 8 years and then started my own business in 2016. I moved to Ohio in early January 2025 with over 20 years experience in the construction industry. Mostly doing carpentry work. I love doing custom projects and hard things that other people don't want to do. Basically if it's a challenge, I'm up for it. Took over a year to get a simple roof and siding job done....still not fully completed. Will not respond to messages. Crews could not communicate in English had to call a 3rd party person for translation. Left work site an absolute mess that we had to clean up. Every time something was mentioned that needed to be fixed had to fight and argue to get someone to come out and fix the issue, workers walked off the job leaving my house to be open to water damage with rain storm approaching, had to secure my house myself from water damage. Every time some one actually came out to try to fix a problem another problem was created. Careless working crew. All about the money but never a quality job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BUYER BEWARE!!!"
