We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We have Workman's comp coverage. We provide a warranty for as long as you own your house compared to 1 or 2 years other companies offer.
"Access to the rear of our condo was very difficult as we are on a ravine in the middle section of a 6 unit building. Although the effort required was considerable, the River Mill team was always professional and focused. They obviously take great pride in their work. The job was completed on schedule with minimal disruption to our home. The new windows have proved to be energy efficient and were seamlessly installed. The owner, Matt Pomeroy, was thorough and responsive from the initial estimate, plans and permitting, through completion. We highly recommend River Mill Construction!"

Working with Jim as an owner is much better than working with salesmen from other companies. They take so much pride in their work, and they are there from the beginning of the project to the end. We selected “The Patio Room Factory” to install a sunroom addition onto our house. They were able to take an original deck that was falling apart, and build a beautiful sunroom in its place. Jim and his team were also able to handle the customizations that we requested too.
