The workers arrived on time on the given date and went promptly to work. They were all polite and courteous. They removed all steam pipes and the boiler form the basement. They washed down the floor of the basement after they were done and left it in very good condition. I was very happy with their work and would recommend them for a similar type of work.

Orginally were just having asbestos removed didn't realize how bad the mold was Brian help with every thing we needed and him and is team had no problem going above and beyond to make sure we would be safe in our new home. 100% would recommend them to everyone!

I had great lakes do some asbestos remediation on the radiator pipe wrap in the basement. Everything was quick and easy. He gave me a price right away and stuck with it thru the whole process. He was in touch with me faster than he said he would be to get the work done so I didnt have to chase him like I do with other contractors. In total he removed about 300 linear feet of wrapped pipe (pipe and all since i didnt need it anymore) for around $3000 which is well within the industry norm. Fast, easy and super helpful.

The people at Great Lakes Contracting were extremely professional and efficient and did an excellent job. Brian came right out to quote the job and got it taken care of soon afterwards. They managed a fairly large project in one day. The basement looks so much better now. Additional asbestos discovered during the project was also taken care of for minimal additional cost. I am completely satisfied with the whole project and would definitely recommend.

The entire experience went smoothly. It was a pleasure dealing with Brian, who is very courteous, communicates well, and explains everything thoroughly. Responded within two hours to my quote request, and the work was scheduled for a few days later. Two workers did the work within two hours and did a really nice job, all in compliance with the EPA/OSHA regulations.I would definitely hire them again and recommend them. I did not get any other quotes, so don't know how their price would compare.

It was a pleasure doing business with Great Lakes Contracting, from contacting them to completion. Brian responded to my quote request within an hour or two, and I scheduled the work for soon after. He thoroughly examined the area, what is causing the mold (roof leak), and proposed what the work would entail. The two workers were skilled, professional, and got the work done very quickly. It is rare to find a company that is that responsive, courteous, and communicates so well, answering all questions, and offering explanations. Would definitely hire them again.

Would highly recommend! Brian was easy to communicate with and returned all my texts. We scheduled a time to do the removal and his team came in on time and were very courteous. They removed about 80 feet of asbestos wrapped ducts and were done in a timely enough fashion that I was able to have the new ducts put in that afternoon by a separate contractor. Thanks again!
