Unfortunately, I ended up not pursuing the purchase of the mold infested home I was going to use Brian for

Great Lakes was one of several companies I contacted originally about removing the old linoleum. When black mold was discovered behind the old kitchen cabinets Great Lakes was the only one of the several that removed both. I sent Brian pictures and the room dimensions and he gave me an estimate over the phone. Two days later the flooring and mold were gone. Professional, timely crew did the job in four hours. It wasn't inexpensive but was probably appropriate for job. My kitchen timeline was only delayed a few days. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Estimate given same day by text. ( I sent pics of work to be done). Price was reasonable. Brian was able to get me on schedule quickly as I was on a tight timeframe. Workers came on time and were pleasant. Answered any/all questions I had. Thanks!

My experience was exceptional. Within minutes of requesting information I received a call from Brian. He was polite and professional and quickly provided me a quote. He promptly scheduled a time to complete the job and the cost was exactly what he said to expect. This is an experience I have rarely had with other contractors. A responsive, professional, and timely contractor is hard to come by...I will definitely be using Great Lakes Contracting in the future.

We needed the job done quickly, in order to be ready in time for the new floor installation. They contacted us after we were shopping on the Home Advisors website. They fit us in the next day. They were all polite, thorough, and efficient. They used a chemical method to avoid creating airborne particles. They understated the strength of the fumes afterward, but opening all the windows in the house helped. The floor installer was impressed by how clean the floors were.

I have not had Brian, or his company, preform any work. Although if all goes well with this home I do intend to use his services.

Brian was exceptional. He was on vacation when he took my call and communicated with me clearly every step of his process. I am out of state and so I needed to trust him to work on my home and provide quality work. He removed all of the tile in my basement and knew we were getting new carpeting and went above and beyond by removing the carpeting from the steps as well AND hauled it all away! The price came in lower and his professionalism was the best. I would highly recommend his services!

I called Brian around noon on a Tuesday and he was able to come look at the job later the same day. He had a crew working on the project within a couple of days. The job was done quickly and within the time period we were given. I realize dealing with this type of thing is expensive and the "B" rating for price reflects that. I would certainly use Great Lakes Contracting again.

Great. Brian showed up on time, gave me an estimate that was more than reasonable and assured me that this was not a big deal and would be taken care of completely. hiss crew, Robert and Cedric, arrived on time and within 45 minutes carried out a large sealed trash bag, cleaned everything up and said goodbye. Everyone was very professional, courteous and respectful of the home.

Brian came on short notice. I needed the abstesos removed correctly for an investor. He was on time, efficient and the pricing is great!

Brian the the Great Lakes Contracting team did a great job. There was a scheduling mixup and they missed the first appointment. Once we regrouped, they were on-time and performed the mold remediation very nicely. The identified an issue with a soil sack flashing and replaced that as well. They did a nice job keeping the job site contained and they clean up after the job was complete. I would use them again and I recommend them for this service.

The work was hard and hot , however they protected , cleaned up our house and were done in two weeks ..the sale was completed...A GREAT JOB... professionally done at the going rate with requested paperwork provided .
