All went well. Crew was in and out in one day. Work was excellent, including minor grooming choirs, such as trimming limbs that brushed roof. Clean-up was thorough. In all, the experience was so good that I will probably go back to Superior later this year to have the house painted.

The owner was responsive to questions and call-backs. The workers were messy and left replaced shingles, didn't clean up well. But they have come back on two occasions when we had minor problems, so overall I would use them again. The price was the best of several quotes that we obtained.

I reached out to Superior based on the deal available through Angie's List, wanting to determine if the size of our roof would fit within the covered squared footage of our roof. I believe that my call was answered immediately, but the owner. We set time for him to personally inspect our roof. He was punctual and thorough in his review and discussion of results. His estimate was more than $1000.00 cheaper than the other 2 estimates that I had already secured. And I verified the "finer points" of the materials and they stacked up to the "high end" roof of another estimate form another company whose estimate was $3500.00 more than Superior. Work was schedule was scheduled and completed timely, same day. Shingles delivered day of job, so they did not sit on my driveway at all. Workman were professional, quick, cleaned up the area well. Owner was present the day of the job and walked me through a visual inspection after work was completed. I am very happy with Superior and recommend them highly.

Mark Jordan did an excellent job replacing the roof and gutters in my townhouse in Powell. Since I don't live in Powell, Mark dealt efficiently with OMNI Community Association Managers and got all formal approvals needed to do the job. I highly recommend his services. He deserves an A+.

Superior went above and beyond to meet our needs! They were professional in every manner. From my first contact all the way through the completion of the work, Superior made sure we were happy with the service. When I say "Going above and beyond", I mean it! We were living two hours away, and they helped by estimating the roof, meeting the insurance adjuster, and preforming the work, all while keeping us informed of every detail of the process. Helping us navigate through the insurance claim process, even contacting the insurance company on our behalf. The work is very expertly done, I cannot say enough good things about our experience!

Quick, reliable, affordable service. After struggling to get contractors out to look at our roof, it was so hard to pin down times and then have people show up on time, I contacted Mark he was at our house and had fixed our leaky roof within 24 hours.

All I can say is WOW! Mark, the owner of Superior Home Services, started the experience of right with great communication. He also personally supervised the work done on my home despite that the job was not a large one. His team was courteous, prompt and efficient. Everything you would want. He is detail oriented and was did not determine the job complete until I was completely satisfied. Mark's company does more than paint(which they do very well). They also perform all exterior home maintenance, like roofing, siding, gutters, etc. I will definitely call him first when I find myself with exterior home maintenance needs.

These items stemmed from an inspection report on my home as I am in contract to sell it. Mark at Superior Home Improvement responded quickly when asked to make these repairs, with only the weather impeding any progress. The repairs were done quickly and with great care, I can check these items off my list. This was the 3rd time I've used Superior Home Improvement's services, and their work is top notch. The customer service is second to none and I will definitely be using their services and recommend this company to anyone in the future.

He called me within 10 minutes of buying the dealing on Monday morning and he was at my house calling me at 10 AM on Tuesday morning to tell me that the roof shingles were repaired. He was prompt, honest and explained things well over the phone. I am planning on using him again in the future.

Due to LOTS of rainy days, our start date was pushed back 3 days. They stayed in contact with us each day to let us know where things stood due to weather. The work was completed as agreed upon. The workers were professional and respectful throughout the entire process. We appreciated their timely manner in getting the job done.

My roof was horrible; multiple wind storms had torn through the area. They are extremely responsive by phone and by text.
