Extremely well. Mark came by with an estimate with complete knowledge of my home and and suggested solutions. Work was performed as explained. Workers were prompt, knowledgeable, skilled and efficient. when the work was done, except for having a new roof there was no evidence of a crew of people working on my house and in my yard. No mess. Mark came buy during the job to check on the job, assure my complete satisfaction.

Superior's Mark Jordan was informative, fair, friendly and professional throughout the process. He was on-site more than once during the installation of our new roof. His crew worked very hard during 90+ degree weather and did an excellent job. They were very friendly and were quick to express their appreciation for the food and beverages we provided for them. My wife and I really enjoyed having them in our home. I'm already talking with Mark about window replacement and exterior painting.

Excellent response from free estimate to installation of the new roof. They were able to remove and install the new roof in a day. They found an area that had water damage and we were notified that it needed to be replaced prior to adding on the shingles.

They were quick and efficient. Crew arrived at 7am and worked until the job was done, around 1pm. You get your money's worth and I have no complaints. Thank you for a job well done!

It is certainly refreshing when you are looking for a contractor to do some maintenance on your home and the company you call is actually true to their word. Great! We had some issues with the payment processing correctly through Angie's list, but the issue was solved very professionally through Superior. Great craftsmanship, clean worksite...I would definitely use them again!

The new roof looks great and the price couldn't be beat. The cleanup effort left a lot to be desired as I am still finding nails all over the place, but that is my only complaint. Overall a very good experience.

Mark Jordan and his crew are extremely polite and friendly. Job went well my new roof is gorgeous I can't stop looking at it. They clean up afterwards really well after the job is done. If you have farm animals let them know the animals are on a strict diet or they may feed them.

It went ok. I paid more. They sent kids out to do some of the work, he said they were experienced. The job could have been done much quicker, took too long, not enough experience. The owner is a nice guy but I did not like some of the things. It was just not a good experience. I didn't want to give him bad marks but I can not give him good marks.

He gave me an estimate that was much larger than what should have been given. I am familiar with roofing and measuring them from when I used to work with them myself, so I feel that he was trying to take advantage of me. The cost of waste was way too high.

The work was completed over two days. Part of the house has a steep pitch. The original boards shrank and some of the boards rotted. A worker put his foot through one on the porch. We decided to cover all the existing boards with new plywood, which increased the estimated cost. But overall we were very happy and we hope to be for 20 years.

As promised. Angie's List offered a deal on a new roof for $3995. It included the removal of one layer of old roofing. I called Superior Home and Mark Jordan gave me a price for removing 2 old layers and the price of upgrading to a better shingle. By the end of the day a proposal was emailed to me. I purchased the deal. Once work began it was determined that some roof decking had to be replaced too. Samples of shingles were delivered, then more a few days later. A color was selected and we were put on the calendar for the following week. The job took one day to complete! Materials arrived the afternoon before. I left the house early on installation day and returned early afternoon. A whole crew of people were working on the roof. Yes, it was messy and noisy. The job was completed before 5. The landscape was swept for nails and debris removed and everything returned to normal. The day after it rained buckets and I walked around upstairs looking for leaks. All was well. The following week Mark Jordan returned. We walked around the house, Mark looking for nails and trouble. He answered my questions. I paid the balance due. The process unfolded smoothly. Communications were great. The roof looks great. And, I actually think the old roof's moans and groans have gone.

Mark and his team did a great job with our roof replacement. The on-site crew was polite and courteous, and Mark made it a point to check in with us daily as well as after the job was completed. A+++

Company was very easy to deal with, responded quickly with a quote, and was professional. Just a cautionary word ..... my quote was over $6000 for 2200 square feet, compared to their offer of $3995 for 2000 square feet -- so they really ding you for any square footage OVER 2000, and they also leave room for 20% waste, which is high, in my opinion. Did not have the work done, so I cannot speak to job quality.

It went great. Mark visited and discussed the small amount of additional shingles needed. Plus I upgraded my shingles so the cost increased, but the deal was still substantial. I was not surprised, but a little disappointed when the team started pulling my roof off and found that my plywood was ruined. Work stopped, Mark visited to discuss the bad news, then went away to purchase new plywood. (The plywood was in SAD shape. Thanks so much to Able Roofing, who installed my last roof and failed to install proper ventilation, thus causing my plywood to "bake" . That was 18 years ago and I know better now.) Mark's team was incredible. They worked over 13 hours that first day to make up for all the extra work of having to remove and re-install plywood. The next morning they had everything complete and cleaned up by 10:00 a.m. My new roof is gorgeous. I would recommend Mark and his team of "Superior" workers anytime and to anyone.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. He was upfront with the pricing, came prepared to do the job and worked compassionately with me as this job was being done for an elderly person with communication issues. Excellent!

I bought a manufactured home last year whose roof shingles were on their last legs. Superior Home Improvement had offered a $3395 Roofing Deal which I purchased. I was contacted by the owner, Mark Jordan, and arranged a meeting to inspect the roof and finalize the details of the job. After inspecting the roof, Mark recommended that the underlay be replaced as the roof felt rather spongy, something that I was aware of. Our presumption was the original builder had used a cheap underlay, so we decided on a thicker OSB. He also recommended removing the original roof vents and replacing them with ridge vents. I agreed to the improvements and the additional costs that were not covered by the Deal. We arranged a date to have the job done which subsequently had to be set back a day due to weather. The materials were delivered the day before the job. The roofing crew, headed by Raul, showed up in the morning and didn’t waste any time getting to work. As the job proceeded, Raul advised me that after looking at the underlay, he noted that it was the same size as what we had ordered and the only sections of underlay that needed to be replaced were on the corners where ice damage had occurred over the years. This saved me several hundred dollars off the additional costs. Everything else went pretty smoothly and the job was completed in a day. They even painted the old pipe boots and furnace vent a color that matched with the new shingles. They did an excellent job in cleaning up afterwards and almost no debris was left behind. All I found was a couple small pieces of roofing paper. Mark came out later that day and inspected their work and to ensure I was satisfied with the job. Everyone, Mark, Raul and the rest of the crew were friendly and professional and very easy to work with.

The work went fine. The work was completed in a timely manner and the crew did a good job cleaning up after they were finished. The new roof looks really nice. This winter I noticed a few water marks on my living room ceiling when it got really cold outside. After contacting the company, Mark was out to investigate the issue. He found two air vents partially blocked over my living room, which has a cathedral ceiling, and corrected the issue immediately. I'm satisfied with my new roof and the service I received from Superior Home Improvement and would recommend them to others needing similar work done.

Except for a few delays related to weather, the work went well. Mark Jordan maintained communications when a change in date was necessary.
