Description of Work: I have done business with Superior before and been satisfied, so in early fall I arranged with Superior for them to call me in mid-October to schedule gutter cleaning at my home. They didn't call. I thought maybe it was because the leaves fell so late this year, so I waited, but they didn't call. I called twice in November and left voicemail messages, once to the office line and once to the cell phone. They didn't call back. I've had health problems and haven't been able to follow up. Now I'm better, but it's the end of December and my gutters are still clogged. I have no idea why they won't call me back.

Description of Work: Remove old roof and install new roof (shingles). Excellent company, very professional and thorough. Would use again and would recommend.

Description of Work: The put a layer over the current shingles. They did it all in one day. They were very fast and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. The went into the bushes and got all of the strips that were cut off.

Description of Work: roof inspection and minor roof repairs-done to satisfaction | |I primarily hired them to check out and if necessary, to replace my "heat-stack" pipe that exits thru the roof from the furnace that had shown major deterioration( I checked with him before hand to assure that this was something he could adequately deal with-at an appropriate additional cost of course) He assured me he had done these in the past and was definitely in their workbox. | |After inspecting and agreeing it needed replacing he proceeded to get measurements and roofing shingle information, etc, for the project. He then informed me that HE didn't actually do the project, but that his brother was the specialist that would do the project(ok). He would get back to me in a week with a price estimate and a date to start the project(ok). After not hearing back for two weeks I contacted him to find out what was up. I was told that his brother said that they didn't do this type of project and that I should talk to a furnace company about this project-WHAT!!! | |I was very upset as it was now late September (I had started dealing with them in early July), we were traveling out of town for the next week or two, and I had planned on having this project completed before winter set in, as it was badly deteriorated and needed replacing. | |He really left me in a lurch. I was not a happy camper. | |

Description of Work: Tear off and new roof in one day! There early, worked hard and professional. Left quite a bit on ground to pick up next day, but it was dark at finish. Overall fantastic crew and work. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: New roof: Job done quickly and professionally. The clean up was spectacular. I found it difficult to find any evidence that they were there. The only thing that could have been done differently was a return for the porch roof. Damage was done to the wood and I was told they would return to repair it, but I never heard from them again. Overall, he roofing job was well done.

Description of Work: Superior put a new roof in our house! They came out within 24 hours of initial contact to meet with us and give an estimate. They explained everything thoroughly and scheduled the roof replacement for the following week. They called the evening before to let us know what time the workers would be at the house in the morning. They were there and finished in one day! Came back the next morning to make sure clean up was thorough. Great job!!

Description of Work: They painted the outside of our home and repaired some stucco. The weather didn't cooperate at first, not through any fault of theirs. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. I didn't see any paint on my flower beds around the house. The only issue was that they missed a few areas and I contacted them 2-3 different times before it was all done. It looks great and we're pleased with their work.

Description of Work: They were very professional and polite. |But they didn't seem eager to talk about the price we found on Angie's list. It was almost as if they used it for bait to get them to come out and that was all.

Description of Work: Mark from SHI has been very responsive and helpful. Ultimately, I've decided that I want to hold off having the roof replaced - I just moved into the home and would like to wait a year or two before replacing the roof due to the cost. When I have roofing work done, I will likely go with Superior.

Description of Work: The owner Mark Jordan called and set up the estimate for the day after I contacted him. He came at the scheduled time and gave me a detailed estimate. He discussed different material options and the warranties included. There was no pressure to make an on the spot decision. The wife and I discussed his proposal and found it to be very competitive. His estimate was hundreds of dollars lower than the other 3 I had got. I contacted him and set up a date for the roof to be installed. | |On the scheduled date he came with his crew and they wasted no time removing the old shingles. They checked all of the sheeting for damages and replaced the boots around all the vents. They finished the entire roof (1800 sf) by 4:30 in the afternoon. They took extra precautions to make sure all of the trash and nails were picked up. | |We are extremely pleased with the roof and the way the crew acted while they were here. They were very professional and polite. | |Mark checked back the next day and noticed some debris left in 1 of the gutters and cleaned it out himself. I waited 30 days to write the review to make sure there were no problems and I am very pleased there are none. |Several of our neighbors have commented on how good the roof looks. Again,I am very pleased with the job that Superior did and I would not hesitate to have them back to do anything in their field of expertise. Description of Work: Removed old siding and replaced it with new. Mark also fixed out gutters because the water was not draining well. Mark showed us are choice of siding colors, measured the house and inspected it to make sure we didn't have any other issues. He noticed that there were shingles missing on the roof and told us how many and where. My husband was able to fix it. |The crew showed up when they were suppose to. They almost finished it in one day. They did have to come back another day to complete the job. |Everyone was very nice and answered any question we had. We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I contacted Superior Home Improvement about replacing my roof. Mark, the owner, responded immediately and came out and gave me an estimate and thoroughly explained what they would do. The estimate, which included tearing off several previous layers and replacing a small portion of plywood, was less than I expected. The work was performed the following week and the entire job was completed in one day. Mark's crew did an excellent job and cleaned up well when finished. Mark came out a couple of times durng the day and then came and inspected the job when they finished. HE also submitted some information and pictures to my insurance company which they had requested. I would definitely recommend this company.
