RESOLUTION AUDIO & VIDEO

Description of Work: We used them for the initial install of surround sound and programmable remote and whenever we need additional help along the way. Now, I'm not saying I'm electronically challenged, but the surround sound systems these days are so stinkin' complex. When I had problems (after I switched out a DVD player) they were responsive, reasonable and didn't make me feel like I did something wrong (which I probably did).

Description of Work: MARK KESLER INSTALLED SURROUND SOUND SPEAKERS FOR MY HOME SYSTEM. I HAD BOUGHT SPEAKERS BEFORE TALKING TO MARK, BUT HE HAD BROUGHT SOME TO MY HOME TO SHOW ME A COUPLE DIFFERENT BRANDS AND HOW THEY SOUNDED IN DIFFERENT SET-UPS, WE ENDED UP USING A SET OF SPEAKERS THAT MARK HAD SUGGESTED AND WE INSTALLED 2 IN THE WALLS AND 2 IN THE CEILING. WE WERE STILL ABLE TO USE MY SUBWOOFER AND IT ALL SOUNDED GREAT! MARK WAS ABLE TO FISH WIRES THROUGH THE WALL AND UNDER THE FLOORS TO MAKE SURE THERE WASN'T ANY EXPOSED WIRING, SINCE THE SPEAKERS I HAD BOUGHT WERE NEW MARK BOUGHT THEM OFF OF ME AND SAID HE COULD USE THEM FOR ANOTHER INSTALLATION, MARK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL, AND WAS WILLING TO ANSWER ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. HE LEFT NO MESS FROM HIS WORK, AND I WAS ABLE TO ENJOY MY SURROUND SOUND. I WOULD RECOMMEND 21ST CENTURY WIRING TO ANYONE.
