They answered on my first phone call. We setup an appointment for an estimate for a day or two later, and they called promptly called afterward to say they had left the written estimate at my door. I called back that evening, scheduled the work, and came home to it completed on the day they said they'd do it. No problems at all, they did a neat job, and I'd use them again. I heard about Pro-Seal from one neighbor that has used them for years, and now another neighbor is contacting them after seeing the good work they did at my home.

They were nice, thorough - explaining all aspects of what had been done and the maintenance for next year. They were very nice people.

I am very pleased with the work that Jeff Williams did on my driveway. Due to my work schedule I was only able to talk to Jeff by phone, I was not home when the work was done, but Jeff was prompt in returning my calls to schedule, and called me to let me know the work was completed. I would definately recommend Pro Seal to anyone.

Scheduled ahead of time. Kept appointed time. Nice that I could just leave the check for him and not have to be at home. Good job -- looks great.

I recently called ProSeal for an estimate. When Jeff called, he indicated that he had been the one that sealed my driveway in 2008. He gave the same $ estimate, without an actual inspection. The 2008 work was not to my satisfaction. The crack filler detached within a month in some places. The sealer lasted only one season - my 2 year old sealer now looks as though it had not been touched in 5 years. In 2008, most of my estimates were $50 to $80, but I felt that I should spend the extra amount to recieve a better job. I did not. In fairness, Jeff and his wife are professional, courteous and punctual people. The job was prompt and the application of sealer was neat and clean. The driveway seal that they provided just did not stand up for more than one season.

Pro-Seal, a husband and wife team, were exceptional. I would recommend them without hesitation. In every category, from promptness to quality to price to professionalism, I am very happy with this company.

Great, called for estimate, got one early the next week, in writing with a verbal followup. Scheduled work the following week which was done on time. Patches were done seamlessly, and pavement prepared and sealed excellently. I never actually met them in person, so I didn't have to take any time off from work.

It went very well. Jeff and Martha are owners of the company and they do the work themselves. I felt confident after meeting Jeff that they would do good work and be dependable. They are both very pleasant people. They arrived on schedule and went right to work. And I am quite satisfied with the result. They were not the cheapest but I felt that they were worth the money.

When I called to schedule, the owner got me in within two days. He was exceptionally polite and professional the entire time I dealt with him. The only problem I had was when the job they had scheduled in the time slot before mine ran over (which I know can happen), instead of calling to tell me they were running late, they left me hanging wondering if I'd written down the wrong day and/or time. I waited awhile and then called their number. The owner answered and explained that they had gotten behind and they were on their way to my house. He was very apologetic and professional. However, they were two hours late by the time they got there. I'm glad I didn't have anything else going on that day. He and his wife did our driveway and it looks great! Their company is a little more expensive than some others but, they use quality material and do an outstanding job. Bottom line-I plan to use them again the next time I need my driveway done.

We got an estimate from them (they were on our street doing an estimate for someone else and did ours after I flagged them down). A week later, I called to schedule the work. They came out a few days later and did the work over the course of two days. Very pleased with the result.

They were very personable. They explained things very clearly and understandably. They used high quality products. They are a mom & pop type of company. They are a little pricey but they do really good work.

The work was done well, neatly, and in a very timely fashion.

We did not use this company to repair our driveway but they did explain how our driveway could be repaired by this company.

They did such a good job. No comparison to other companies. These guys are great!

Very polite and responsive. They were able to come out the same day I called. Even made the courtesy call to say they would be there in a 1/2 hour. The patch job is perfect and the seal coat is great, although I probably need a second coat. They recommended two, but I only opted for one, though, so it's not their fault.

We use them every year. They are very good and very thorough.

NOTABLY, THERE WAS NO SPLASHING OF THE TAR ON NEARBY CEMENT WALKWAYS OR THE HOUSE AT THE GARAGE ENTRANCE. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND PLAN TO USE HIM AGAIN WHEN I NEED THIS SERVICE

LOOKS GREAT AND HAS EXTENDED THE LIFE OF THE DRIVE BY SEVERAL YEARS.
