Unlike several other companies who wanted to use Google maps satellite views to provide an estimate, Jeff from Pro-Seal personally came out and measured my driveway to provide an estimate. He's a busy guy and it did take a little while for him to get back to me, but once he did, he kept me updated on the progress of the job, even when weather caused some delays. Overall, he did a great job repairing and sealing the driveway, was easy to work with, and respectful of my time. Will definitely hire again.

I called to get an estimate, and Jeff came to give an estimate as soon as he was able to do so. We scheduled a date a couple of weeks out, and thankfully, the weather cooperated. He came out today and did the work. Everything was great. I would like to use his company again, and highly recommend.

Only contractor that came to property to inspect before giving estimate. Did everything agreed to and more. Punctual, professional and evident that he knows what he is doing. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

I was about to give up on finding a good service provider to repair my asphalt driveway and then I found Pro Seal. Multiple companies tried to tell me what my driveway needed without personally visiting to see with their own eyes (sorry, looking at google maps does not qualify as reviewing my driveway need). Jeff was different. He put eyes on my driveway and recommended what he thought was best for my situation. I found his communication and honest opinion refreshing. In his busy season he gave me the attention I was looking for. As an independent owner he is also on site involved in the work. After installing a new back patio earlier in the summer I explained we were very protective of our new investment. Jeff assured me they are neat and not to worry. He was correct. Everything Pro Seal did was timely, professional and neat! My driveway looks great and I couldn't be happier. I found my driveway guy and will use him for all of my future needs.

When I called, I was told it would be a couple of weeks before I could get an estimate. Jeff came out as promised and the estimate was very competitive. Pro Seal was here on the date and time promised. They went right to work and did an excellent job on the driveway repairs. After the repairs were completed, they put a nice thick coating of sealant on the driveway. It’s a nice even coat with no splashes or spills. Very neat job, and they removed all the debris from the repairs and cleaned the area when they were finished. I was very impressed with Pro-Seal. They not only do good work, but they followed up when they said they would.

Jeff was absolutely wonderful. There was no sealant on the sidewalks, grass or garage floor. The driveway was swept, and trimmed along the edges. I will definitely hire Jeff and Proseal again. I highly recommend him.

Jeff was responsive & reliable. The quality of his work was better than anyone else I have used in the past. The job was clean & neat with no sealant on the grass, driveway, sidewalk or garage floor. They swept the driveway & trimmed the grass along the edges before beginning. He put a good thick coat of sealant on the driveway. It went great! Jeff got me on their schedule within a couple of days. They came when they said they would and completed the work in a very reasonable time. They were very professional. Jeff heard me say I only get this done every 2 years so he put me on their schedule for then. I will absolutely use him again. I did not mind the cost because I feel he used quality material and I have a very large driveway.

Went Great. Jeff the owner did everything possible to do the great job. Went with two coats as the driveway is new and takes a lot of water drainage off the house.

Jeff came out to give me a quote and explained what he would. My driveway needed sunken spots patched and a major seal over many cracks. He quoted for one or two coats (two coats included patching as well as sealing) and I chose two coats to rescue and extend the life of the driveway. Rainy weather delayed the job but Jeff came as soon as it cleared and did the job himself. He was thorough and professional. The driveway looks great!

Jeff was very responsive and communicative throughout the process. Even though weather impacted our scheduling there was never a question about status. The work performed met every expectation, and repairs to an old and damaged driveway have given it new life! Great work!!

Pro-Seal is the only asphalt sealing company I will ever use. They are professional, courteous, respectful of property and schedules. They took extra care to keep the sealer off of my paver carriage walk.

Pro-Seal did an excellent job on my driveway. They were on time and very reasonably priced. They were supposed to come out in the middle of the week to repair and reseal my driveway, but due to bad weather, they had to reschedule for the weekend which was no problem. The owner did a great job communicating with me and rescheduling the appointment. Pro-Seal was very accommodating. From the time I called to the time the work was completed it was only a 2 week process (including the small delay due to bad weather). The entire process was very easy and I will definitely be hiring them again!

I originally contacted a different company I used in the past to seal coat my driveway before I list my home for sale. That other company canceled our first appointment and was a no show for our second appointment. At this point I was panicking because with my first house showing in just a couple days and I needed someone to come out ASAP so it would have time to dry. I found Pro-Seal here on Angie's List and spoke to Jeff. He understood my situation and fit me in same day! He was literally out at my house just a few hours after speaking to him on the phone. Great. They were able to do it while we were away for a few days so we didn't have to deal with cars not being able to be parked on the driveway.

Jeff Williams and his crew of 3 performed a fabulous job sealing our drive! They were very meticulous in edging, cleaning, blow drying and sealing. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. We highly recommend using them for driveway sealing.

Jeff was the only asphalt contractor (talked with 3) who actually knew how to properly repair the area of the driveway that had started to deteriorate due to water run off. Our driveway is the lowest, and first, on the street so all the rain water runs down past our driveway to the storm drains. There were spots where the asphalt was down to the stone base and over 6" wide from the curb apron. Jeff repaired the entire edge with "hot asphalt" and the driveway, after sealing, looks like new again. GREAT job, very quick to get us scheduled and he showed up on time....actually a little early! Would HIGHLY recommend Pro-Seal for all your asphalt repair and sealing projects. Top notch operation!!

Very well - Jeff was great to work with in every aspect. Communicated every step of the way, from the initial estimate to completion, and very pleasant to deal with. My driveway went unsealed for 5+ years, and looks as good as new now. I've recommended Pro-Seal to friends and family. and intend on using them again myself.

Jeff at Pro-Seal met with me an offered a reasonable solution to a patch that the original driveway installer had caused and created. The original installer left the roller sitting too long and created a 5 X 10 ft low spot that held water after a storm. His solution...pressed in cold asphalt with a different texture. So we had a new driveway with a patch. Sealing it didn't make it disappear. Within a few years, the patch was starting to flake and big chunks come off. I looked for someone who could repair it. Most recommended cutting it out to the gravel and putting a full patch in...several $1000s to do that and it would still look like a patch. Pro-Seal suggested removing any remaining loose chunks, then applying a smoking-hot adhesive, and finally pressing in hot asphalt where the chunks were gone. This took several hours. They also filled in an area in the alley that was gravel and weeds where the garage downspout emptied. they dug deep and essentially built a small additional piece of driveway. The rest was normal driveway sealing. They used a thick material and spread it rather than spraying. They were careful not to get it on adjacent rocks, concrete, etc. they arrived at 9 am an worked until around 2 pm. Left to do another job and then returned about 5:30 to apply the second coat. They also went over the patch several times and it looks better than it has ever looked before. they were timely, polite, and careful.

The work went very well. Jeff Williams informed me when he was going to be here, called back to make modifications based on weather, and then showed up promptly when he said he would be there. His equipment is organized and well-maintained. I am pleased with the results.

Jeff is very professional and honest. He and his crew do very good work and are very careful - no sloppy work and no mess. He uses a thicker seal mix that lasts longer and costs a little more. He spends some extra time to provide the best seal to cracks which are always difficult. He is one of the few contractors that does hot asphalt patches. This was the third time we used his service and will continue to do so.
