Amazing!! We were impressed with them right after they came and gave us their quote! We did not even seek other quotes after. The integrity this father and son team (family owned business) was obvious, as was the pride and passion they displayed for their craft! They left us feeling reassured we would be in good hands. Their work was exceptional as was their service. Hardworking, great communication and super neat and clean. My only regret is that I waited so long to post this review! We had this done probably close to a year ago and I just never got around to posting this! It still looks brand new!

Roger, Landan and team were wonderful! The craftsmanship was second to none! They installed flooring in 6 areas without a single seam. The shoe mold was hand stained to match existing base board installed 18 years ago. You can't tell that the shoe mold is newly added. They estimated a 3 day installation, but finished early in a day and a half. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Krumlauf Floors for transforming our home!

Couldn’t be happier. Installed roughly 800 ft^2 of hardwood and tile. Very professional, quality work, family owned, reasonably priced. The reviews don’t lie. Would definitely hire again and will recommend to friends and family.

Roger and Landon did a beautiful job on both our master bathroom floor installation and the guest bathroom floor installation. They were quick to set up an appointment to provide an estimate and got back with me when they had promised. Their estimate was reasonable and they were able to complete the job before the holidays. They showed up on time, did a beautiful installation and cleaned up before they left. They even hauled off the material boxes that I had purchased from another flooring company. They finished both bathrooms in one day and I'm very happy with the floors. It was obvious they knew what they were doing and I would highly recommend them to anyone with flooring needs!

There was a miscommunication in the email address and they sent the estimate to the wrong address. The guy was nice enough to call and resolve it. He apologise and was very understanding Didn't get to hire though.

Krumlauf Flooring vastly exceeded all of my expectations! They are a one stop shopping company! They moved furniture, removed all the old carpet, prepped concrete as needed, moved both toilets and put them back, moved all appliances (gas stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer and placed them back). They recommended Panel Town Floors for the best product in Columbus. They took the best possible care with everything they did and cleaned up when they were finished for the day. My project was even finished a day early! I had my doubts about the quality of the vinyl plank but they answered all of my questions and helped me feel good about my decision. Well worth the expense and I couldn't be more pleased. They recommended I have my interior trim painted while the furniture was moved and gave me several names of reliable painters. I am using one of them now. Well done Krumlauf Flooring!

This is my third time working with Krumlauf floors and our second house that we have used them. As usual they did a fantastic job. Communication is always great. We were on a time crunch and they worked with us every step of the way. Even working around our move in days. I recommend them to everyone who asks about our floors.

The gentleman promptly answered the phone but told me, after I explained what I needed done, they were 3-4 weeks out with new installations and wouldn't have time for a repair. Unfortunately I wanted to get a price for installing 2-3 other areas with wood flooring but I didn't share that at the time. He was professional but they are listed as doing repairs under the Angies List description. Disappointing. Updated 8/26/2019; Wood floor repair from a refrigerator water line leak. Review Text: UPDATE: I had initially given Krumlauf Floors an "F" based on our first conversation. Landan Krumlauf reached out to me and he and his father came out to give me a quote on the repair. They scheduled a date that was convenient for me and went over the amount of wood I needed and where to make the purchase. They were to be here at 8:30 today and they were in my driveway at 8:30. They were both polite, professional and explained what they would be doing as the repair was made. The work was done and it looks GREAT!! I really didn't expect the repair to turn out this good. They are really good at what they do. All leftover materials were removed, they cleaned up and even moved the refrigerator back in the kitchen. My experience with them was great and I would recommend you use them for your next flooring job. Thanks for a job well done.

Everything went well. they were very professional. I had already purchased the Flooring and the transitions. I did not have the finish cove molding. They did provide that material. The first day they removed the old carpet then installed about half the laminate flooring. Day 2 they finished up and it looked beautiful. I am very pleased with the entire experience.

We were incredibly pleased with our experience with Krumlauf Flooring. We initially called on a Friday after 2pm, and they called us back on Saturday to set up an appointment for an estimate as soon as possible. Getting the ball rolling and setting up an installation date was very easy with a fairly quick turnaround. They gave us some great recommendations as to what flooring to go with and steered us in the right direction with what we were looking for. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Mr. Krumlauf and his teal installed a beautiful hardwood and porcelain tile floor in my home. From the initial visit to measure through the on-schedule completion of the job, the Krumlaufs were professional and courteous as they discussed the job with me and addressed my concerns. At the end of each day they cleaned up the work areas and told me what was scheduled to be done the next day so I would know what part of the house I could have access to. Their pricing is fair. I definitely recommend them and intend to use them again.

They were in and out within a day. Moved furniture, ripped up carpet, bundled up for curb pickup. Floor is beautiful. Matched wood molding to new floor. Recommend them to anyone and everyone. Super job!

I wouldn't hire any other company to install flooring in my home. As you can see in the above my rating overall is an A. This is the second time I have had them install flooring in one of my rooms. They do an excellent job and are very pleasant to work with. They really deserve an A+ rating.

Absolutely wonderful! If I could rate 2 levels above an ‘A’, I would!!! Exceptional service, complete professionalism, above and beyond expectations! Additionally, they repaired floors for squeaks and added insulation where the overhang was so cold in the winter! When installing vinyl plank floors, they removed the baseboards, installed, then replaced the baseboards. Other installers would have simply put shoe moulding against the baseboards. Much better this way! Great company!

Perfect! From start to finish, Landan provided superior service. Very knowledgeable. Prior interview with other installers lead me to believe (against my own research) that I did not need to glue down this floor. Those installers wanted to float it without any acclimation period. Landan let me know that they would love my business, but they could not float this floor because they did not believe that it would install correctly and the floor would fail. I was very impressed with his willingness to lose the job in order to make sure the floor was installed properly. This integrity, the willingness to lose a customer, in order to make sure it is done right, is often ignored by service providers. Landan was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had and helped me choose the correct adhesive/moisture barrier/sound control product. They picked up the floor when it arrived and delivered it to my house 2 weeks prior to install to allow an appropriate acclimation period. Install was fast! They leveled the floor and then installed 510 ft2 in 2 days. Beautiful work with a wood that has high variation in pattern. Transitions between rooms and other floor types are absolutely perfect.

Everything went great! They were extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable from the estimate through the completion of the job, even coming back to touch up trim work weeks later. The job was completed much sooner than they had originally quoted, the work product excellent and every interaction we had with them was great. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend to any friend. As a woman home alone with my 7 month old daughter, I always felt 100% comfortable having Roger, Landan and their helper in my home. The price was comparable to estimates received from 3 other companies.

Everyone we spoke with was polite & professional. The estimators were willing to discuss options and explain their recommendations in a way I could understand. Their estimate was comparable to other's we received from Angie's List top rated providers. We decide not to have the work done right now. But, we will definitely consider using Krumlauf's in the future

BEAUTIFUL! This was a very large investment for our home and we are so happy that we had it done. The Krumlauf Team was top notch and I would strongly recommend their services!

From start to finish the job, the communication, the timeliness were all as much as we could have possibly asked for. We are very pleased and plan to use them to finish the rest of the house with hardwood flooring.

I called Krumlauf Floors to request an estimate for my flooring project on a Wednesday. There was no answer so I left a detailed message. I received a call back on the following Saturday from Landan. I explained the scope of my project to him and tried to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Landan said he would need to consult with his father but would call me back to confirm a date and time for the appointment. He said it would tentatively be the following Tuesday or Wednesday. Unfortunately, I never heard back from him.
