Went good. I'd hire them again.

Amazing! The area was our main living area which meant it was important that it was usable during the process. The mess was cleaned up before we were home from work each day and they finished in under 3 days. The details around our fireplace and stairs in amazing (more than we were expecting). I would not hesitate to hire again.

Turns out the foyer tile we ordered was not the same as the sample we chose in the design center. I was able to find exactly what we were looking for at Floor & Decor and they handled returning the other tile and got my Visa credited for the purchase amount. I felt that was outstanding customer service for something that was out of thier control!

Roger and Landen Krumlauf are a father and son team. They were extremely patient and accommodated all of my requests. It took three trips to my home before I made a decision. Roger and Landen did the entire process, measurements, estimates, helping me select the best flooring for my needs, removal, and installation. We settled on a price that was below the big box’s and flooring specialty store’s, and the flooring I selected was of better quality. They moved my large furniture items and appliances, including disconnecting the water supply lines to the refrigerator and the dishwasher. Landen kept me informed of even the slightest change in plans, by texting and/or calling. As with most major projects, there were a couple of glitches. The flooring didn't arrive on time, delaying the project by a few days, and the discovery that some planks had a defect we didn't identify until after they were installed. The Krumlaufs called US Floors to report the defect at 9 am and the rep was here at 1 pm the same day. He acknowledged the problem, agreed to compensate them for the work they'd done and replace the product. All of the flooring (half of the area) had to be removed. However, that turned out in my favor because it allowed me to make a change. I received a $100 discount for the inconvenience. The entire project which included removal of all the old flooring, installation of a cork underlayment (my special request), and COREtec luxury vinyl plank flooring took 3 days (includes removal of defective product). I am so glad I chose the Krumlaufs. They were polite, respectful, trustworthy (I felt comfortable leaving them in my home and giving them a key), and knowledgeable craftsmen. I am extremely pleased with my new 100% waterproof low maintenance floors. Now, my aging dog's accidents can be easily cleaned up.

Roger and his son Landon were true professionals. They came to our home and after talking and listening to us were able to make an excellent recommendation for flooring. They gave us a no pressure estimate. The installation went perfectly. Roger and Landon are an amazing team. They work efficiently and don't feel the job is completed until they have cleaned up and left the floor immaculate. My husband and I will definitely use them again for any flooring needs. We don't hesitate to give them the highest recommendation.

We were super impressed from the moment we called. Roger and Landon came out to do an estimate and show us options for flooring. They were informative and helpful but never pushy. They came and installed the floor and were very attentive to detail and very professional. They work very well together and make a great team. We could not be more impressed with our floors! They would be the first ones we would call if had more flooring needs!

Roger Krumlauf does business the way you wish everyone did. His prices are good, his work is excellent, he is polite and responsive, and he does what he says he will do when he says he will do it. I understand that wood flooring is one of his specialties. But he did an excellent job laying down vinyl in our bathrooms. He had to remove both toilets and reset them afterwards. He even called me a few days after the job was done to alert me to a minor plumbing problem that he noticed. I'm very picky when it comes to contractors who work on my house, and Roger gets my highest recommendation. I'm very happy to add him to my short list of really excellent service providers.

They left the house cleaner and neater than it had been before they arrived. Highly recommend Krumlauf Floors. They made the experience pleasant. Moved the appliances and explained each step of the process. Extremely hard workers. Thanks for a great job.

Great experience. We did all the tear up and had Roger come in to lay the new floor. He does it right and is professional. Happy with the end product.

Over the years Roger Krumlauf has installed all of the wood floors in my home over a period of several years. Roger is a true craftsman. He pays attention to detail and his near 40 years in the business shows! He is on time, and spotlessly clean after the install. I would recommend him to anyone!

They were so neat and professional. They treated my house and things as if they were their own. They went above and beyond to make my floors look perfect and to make the experience a great one! I have O.C.D. so that is not easy to do. I have used them for many other things around my house, and it was the same every time.

The floors look better then the original ones we had when we built our house. The cabinet handles are perfect! I couldn't have asked for a better job. He makes me feel at ease every time he is here to do a job. I promise if you use them you won't be disappointed!

He was very neat and professional. He was on time. The cost was exactly what I was quoted. Layed the flooring in our bathroom in one piece even with the difficult angles in the bathroom. I would recommend him to anyone and he answered a lot of other questions for me.
