The time line on doing the work was postponed in part by the client. When I initially came out for the [Member Information Removed] they had me [Member Information Removed] putting raw wood in and me sanding it. They got back to me and stated that it was going to be too much and they would call me back. So they changed to a pre finish install, I told her at that time that the price would change due to the different wood being used it takes much more time to install something that already has finish on it. This took them a couple weeks to sort out. And I was booked for another 3 weeks before I could [Member Information Removed]. When I got there to [Member Information Removed] I had to redo the [Member Information Removed] due to the change if wood but also the demo that he had done made two different levels on the floor.therefore we had to use underlayment to even up everything. So with that needing to be done the price changed a good bit from the original. They [Member Information Removed] expected the same price. When he learned of the difference in price. He became angry and [Member Information Removed] cussing at us. I told him that we would not be able to work under these conditions and informed him he could get a refund and I would be leaving.
