Communicated with me that I would have to get my refund through Angie's List for the purchase of service. Description of Work: They were suppose to do roof inspection and clean gutters. |He did look at gutters and made sure my downspout was clear where water was pouring over due to heavy rain. Was more interested in selling me new gutters, I did ask for a quote since he was here and I was curious. They were suppose to come in November but we changed to spring inspection because of bad weather. They missed appointment we had scheduled on April 6 but I understood because of time lapse and they were great about the reschedule.

Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters on my mom's house... they did a good job, very thorough and job was done properly. Communication with them was also good... we were able to easily and quickly setup a time for them to come and perform the work.

The company employees were friendly, professional and responded to inquiries promptly. I would recommend the company to friends, family and coworkers for interior or external work! I chose Ohio Roof Company (they were recommended by a friend) and they were easy to work with and honored all commitments that were made. The crews and salesman were polite and the construction superintendent was very knowledgeable on the job site. The entire project was completed in a week. there was a high focus on cleanup which was very important to me. I was so impressed with their work I had them do my other house as well. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a great price. I have already referred several friends who also had great experiences with them.
