The did excellent work...they were on time, courteous, cleaned up after themselves and worked very hard. I would HIGHLY recommend them for a flooring job.

The experience was very good. The workers were on-time, polite, and did great quality work. Our floors look better than we imagined! The seal that was applied takes longer to cure than I was told, so some additional time needs added to the timeline for that. The experience was wonderful and I highly recommend them to everyone!

They arrived when they said they would. We were told the job would take two days, and it did. We are very happy with the work and would definately use them again. Our floors are gorgeous.

Quoting was prompt and professional. Installation was also prompt and professional. Quote was based on 2 1/4" oak which we preferred. Contractor showed up to start the job with a truck load of 3 1/4" oak without advising us before hand that he wanted to make the substitution. We reluctantly agreed, but now think we would have been better satisfied with the 2 1/4" flooring. We also made a mistake in approving "cherry" stain without seeing a larger sample area (in different natural vs. incandescent lighting). As a result we had to pay $500 extra to remove the stain by re-sanding and reapplying the final "golden oak" stain. Final finish left a little to be desired in that you can still see some of the rotary sander marks in some areas and a few mishaps with the polyurethane in the closets.

He had a lot of good suggestions. He was very up front. He was able to offer his own advice or opinions, and gave me all of the pros and cons to those options. He gave me a written estimate of various options. We'll probably have him out again once we have enough money to do the project.

I couldn't understand the workers that were here. There was a bit of a language barrier. They did do very good work though and I felt that we got a good price.

It was one of the lowest estimates I got. They were very prompt and did a nice job.

He did a wonderful job on my floor and it looks beautiful. I did notice and express some concern about some sanding marks on the floor beneath the finish. So he has agreed to come back and rebuff and re-finish at no extra charge.

I emailed Mr. Felix on a Sunday evening and had a call at 8:30 Monday morning for an estimate the same day. The crew began work the next Tuesday. The floors were completely finished by Friday. The crew moved my furniture and put it back exactly where I requested. Their sanding equipment is excellent and left very little if any residue. The crew arrived promptly at 8 am every day and worked hard. The house was left securely locked after each day. Mr. Felix is easy to reach and answered all of my questions along the way. He makes the process as least disruptive to you as possible. The results are stunning. Mr. Felix delivers and does not sell you anything that you do not need.

Mr. Felix was very flexible in helping us coordinate the work to be done in our home as we had little time between the closing of our "new" home and when we had to be out of our existing one, as well as giving us time to install new carpeting upstairs in our "new" home and being able to move our belongings into the house. Mr. Felix was always so polite in answering all of my questions about this, and I did call him several times. The workers arrived promptly and got right to work. They cleaned up all of their materials at the end of the day and took all of the scrap materials including the carpet. They covered everything in our kitchen to minimize dust and were neat with their work. One cannot tell the difference between the new and old hardwood. The floors look beautiful!

We are very happy with the work Mr. Felix Floor did. Felix was quick to come out for an estimate. He explained everything and went over all the options with us. He was able to schedule us the very next week. They showed up with about 9 guys to do the install. They removed the old carpet and laid the hardwood and tile all in one day. This was roughly a 1,300 square foot job. In total the job took about 3 days. The guys worked very hard and did quality work. My wife and I would definitely recommend them.

Mr. Felix was in my house 30 minutes after I called for an estimate. He walked through several options during his visit. A week later we called Mr. Felix and told him that we wanted the floors sanded and refinished. We scheduled the work and the guys were there on time each day and they did a great job. We're very happy and we'll call Felix again.

Felix responded to my e-mail within a day and came out within 2 days to give an estimate. The estimate was quick, Felix had some great suggestions to tie the floor into the other improvements we have made in the house. I have received 5 estimates, the highest 15k and 3 between 9-10k. Felix was by far the least expensive, the best quality and the most efficient of all the companies I spoke with. Was scheduled in 2 weeks. They moved all the big furniture at no charge. The first day the old flooring was removed and the hardwood was laid. They finished the job in 4 days. It was originally scheduled for 5 days but I had a situation come up and they accommodated me. The floors were unfinished and they taped off everything to contain the dust to sand. They used dustless equiptment...we had to wipe things down, the dust wasn't nearly as bad as I had thought. The details like the wooden vents and the transition to the other rooms were outstanding. Felix returned all my calls within 12 hours.

Wonderful experience. Everything went exactly as Mr Felix said. We are going to have other rooms done in a few months. You have to give him a call for a bid. Very knowledgeable.

Felix's guys pulled up existing carpet, installed new raw hardwood, sanded down existing hardwood floors, applied 3 coats of poly and made it all match absolutely perfect. New floor vents (wood) were installed as well. Everyone said this could not be accomplished, including the builder of the home. They were wrong. Mr. Felix made the floors existing and new absolutely perfect. The service is impeccable. We love the work and service. It couldn't have been any better.

MY EXPERIENCE IS VERY POSITIVE BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS VERY GOOD. THEIR WORKMANSHIP WAS WONDERFUL, THEIR WORK WAS WONDERFUL, AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY PLEASANT. THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HAD GOOD ATTITUDES AND WONDERFUL WORK ETHICS.

WE ARE SATISFIED OVERALL WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT, BUT ONLY AFTER GOING THROUGH SOME STRESSFUL MOMENTS TO GET THERE. ISSUES INCLUDED STAIN SLOPPED ON EXISTING WOODWORK WITH NO ATTEMPT TO REMOVE IT. INCOMPLETE WORK ON STEPS REQUIRED ME TO HIRE A PAINTER TO PAINT AREAS NOT COVERED WITH HARDWOOD. REQUIRED A CALL FOR A RETURN VISIT TO REMOVE BUBBLES, SWIRL MARKS ON FLOOR, AS WELL AS REINSTALLING THE DISHWASHER SO THAT THE DOOR COULD BE OPENED. CAN BE DIFFICULT TO CONTACT AT TIMES.

FELIX'S CREW ARRIVED ON TIME AND WORKED VERY HARD. THEY STARTED AND FINISHED WHEN SAID. FELIX VERIFIED WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND MADE SOME SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO PROTECT THE FLOORS DURING PAINTING OF THE HOME. THIS SUGGESTION HAS SAVED US TIME AND FRUSTRATION. THANK YOU FELIX, THE FLOORS ARE BEAUTIFUL.

TOOK UP VINYL FLOORING FROM THE KITCHEN AND CARPET FROM THE GREAT ROOM. INSTALLED HARDWOOD AND NEW GRATINGS FOR HEATING. THE WORKMEN WERE EFFICIENT, POLITE AND THEIR SKILLS WERE EXCELLENT. THEY ALSO SANDED AND FINISHED MY LIVING AND DINING ROOM FLOORS TO MATCH THE CONDITION AND SHINE OF MY NEW FLOORS. THEY WERE ON TIME AND WITH LITTLE DISRUPTION TO OUR HOUSEHOLD. THEY WERE A GREAT WORK CREW AND FELIX WAS THERE EVERY DAY SUPERVISING. EVERYONE SHOULD USE HIS COMPANY!!

THIS WAS A LOT OF SQUARE FOOTAGE. DID A GREAT JOB, VERY PUNCTUAL, BEAT HIS OWN TIME QUOTE, HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

HE DID A PERFECT JOB. THE OWNER AS WELL AS THE WORKMAN WERE EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND THEY PAID GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE HIGH QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!

WHEN THE CARPET WAS PULLED OUT AND WE DISCOVERED A 'SOFT CONCRETE' FLOOR UNDERNEATH WE COULD NOT INSTALL THE TRADITIONAL HARDWOOD I HAD ORIGINALLY SELECTED. MR. BRENNER WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH ME TO EXPLORE ALTERNATIVES AND FOUND A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM BY WORKING WITH THE SUPPLIER. MY FLOORS ARE BEAUTIFUL! PROJECT WAS NOT FINISHED ON TIME DUE TO THE UNEXPECTED NEED TO REORDER, BUT WAS FINISHED SHORTLY AFTERWARD. I WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN TO DO THE SECOND FLOOR WHEN I AM READY!

WHILE INSTALLING, THEY PUT GAUGES IN STAIRS AND GOT THE PLOY COAT ON THE WALLPAPER. THEY EMPTIED THE POLY COAT ON THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE AND GOT IT ON THE SIDING AND DUMPED SANDINGS IN MY FLOWER BEDS. I ASKED THE COMPANY TO LEAVE MY HOME. COMPANY WAS VINDICTIVE AND CRUDE. AND FELIX SENT ME FLOWERS, WHICH I DID NOT ACCEPT.

THEY HAD NO REGARD FOR MY HOME AND RUINED PAINT AND CARPET AND DID STRUCTURAL DAMAGE TO THE HOME. THEY WERE ALSO RUDE.
