Mr Felix and his crew did a great job. Very professional. We had them refinished existing floors in kitchen and foyer, and added new floors to match in dining room. They were very thorough, removing the quarter round, and toilets, as promised (we’ve had others who have quoted this step but then skipped it in previous jobs). The sanding and stain and new floors were all done in one day, Very fast work. They came back on final day to move furniture back into place and talk us through care and maintenance.

Communicated well and completed the work as specified. They cleaned up after themselves very well and we are very pleased with the results.

Fleix and his crew were amazing! The floors we had refinished, as well as the new floors they installed are beautiful, high quality floors. We have already received many compliments!! Felix was easy to communicate with, and his team was always on time, professional, and respectful of our home and of our family. They finished the job one day early and were organized and clean throughout the entire process. We would absolutely work with Mr. Felix and again, as well as recommend them to our friends and family. This is our second time using Mr. Felix and once again, his team did a great job. The new floors look fantastic and the existing flooring now blends in with the other hardwood floor he had previously installed (we had used a different vendor for the hardwood floors in our kitchen). The team ran into an issue with the flooring our our Family room, where the builder used particle board instead of plywood for the subfloor. Mr Felix came out to explain what his crew had found and why we needed to remove the particle board and replace it with plywood.

Floors look great. We had used Mr Felix a few years ago and are happy again. His crew moved big furniture out of room and back when finished. They showed up on time and were very neat. I will use again when I get my stairs refinished.

The team was very punctual and efficient. They provided choices and were very professional. They moved furniture and even removed and reinstalled a toilet for us as the hardwood ran into the powder room. Very smooth, quality work at a reasonable cost for the sq footage done.

Great. This is the third flooring project where we have used Mr. Felix. They do a quick, professional job. They are friendly and try to answer all your questions. Their cost estimates were accurate and a bit lower than most of the other estimates we received. We are completely satisfied with the project work and trust their work and workers.Mr Felix even helped us pick out the hardwood and stain we used. He always explained why something cost what it does, when you ask.

They were prompt and professional, left no mess or dust behind, the floors look fantastic.

They are amazing!!! I first hired fabulous floors and was completely dissatisfied, and as time went on, I saw more and more imperfections. We were at a clients home and we saw Mr. Félix's work and called him immediately to fix what we considered, "what we could not live with." Felix and his crew were amazing! They were prompt, they called head and verified appointments, they were courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. And in my opinion performed the impossible... They matched an unknown stain color! They were very honest about their ability and told me it would be hard but they would try. He actually combined two stains to come up with the perfect match. I could not of ask for a better repair and I highly highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed!

Wonderfully. They did an excellent job-- just as expected. We have used Mr. Felix Floors several times before and he always does a superb job. I have never had any complaints. His workers are disciplined and careful.

They did a great job! Very professional and price was the most reasonable of all the quotes I received. I appreciated the extras like the matching register and installing a new toilet after old one was taken up to do the floor. Definitely would recommend!

Where do I start! They were terrific. From the price quote we got to the final product, everything was terrific. They were always on time and they worked very quickly. On the first day they moved the large pieces of furniture, tore out all the old flooring and laid all the new flooring except the steps. The final product was absolutely great! I could not be happier with how things went. I would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend him to anyone.

Felix and his team did an excellent job. Felix was fast to come over and give us a bid and then got us on the schedule quickly. He told us how long it would take and was very accurate. This was not an easy job because we were replacing carpet and ceramic tile with wood flooring. The end result was stunning. I thought the price was fair and there were no surprises at the end or during the process. There was one small adjustment that needed to be made under our dishwasher after the job was completed and Felix took care of it the same day he was notified about it. I will be using him again in the near future to do my office!

Flex did a great job. We had damage to multiple flooring boards. He replace all with little trouble. Have a floor that looks like new again.

Felix was very responsive from the first inquiry I made. Felix came to my home, gave me an estimate for the work, explained how it would go and when they could schedule it. The price was great, and he and his crew were always on time and were very knowledgeable and professional. I couldn't be happier with the work. Would recommend anyone to check with Mr. Felix Floor before undertaking any hardwood installation and finishing or refinishing project. A+++++

Felix was able to come out the same day I contacted him for an estimate - it was within 2 hours of first contact. He gave me the quote and a brief summary of what would be done. I think I could have gotten a cheaper quote, but I was good with Felix and felt that he would do a good job as I liked him and he had great reviews on Angie's List. I was right. I called him back that day and set it up for the following week. I was even able to bump it up one day when I had additional availability. There were four guys and Felix who arrived on the refinish day. Felix just gave an overview on what would be done and timing to walk on the floor, etc. The guys then got right to work - seriously. They also did a good job blocking off the other rooms and the cabinets. They were here about 6-7 hours the first day and two guys came back the following day for a few hours for another clear coat and to put the molding and doors back on. The only minor complaint was that I wasn't able to communicate quite as well as I would have liked with the workers and with the timing and estimate for the next day. I was a bit unsure of it, but it worked out just fine. Overall, an excellent experience with Felix. I would highly recommend him.

This review is long overdue. We had work done back in October 2015 and Mr. Felix was extremely knowledgeable and very professional and would highly recommend him. He saved us from ripping out our existing floors and for basically the same cost, refinished our floors (3/4 inch white oak) and installed all new (3/4 inch white oak) throughout the rest of the first floor. He and his crew just did an outstanding job and we couldn't be happier. He's a no nonsense individual and his workers are also no nonsense. He made sure everything was done to the exact thing that we asked for. You couldn't ask for a better company to come do your floors and when we are ready to get the new floors refinished, we will be for sure calling on Mr. Felix. I would recommend paying a little extra to move refrigerators, toilets, stoves, etc. It's worth it. Thanks for everything that you did.

The floor looked worse when they were done than when they started. There were marks in the floor and they said that is just how it looks. It did not look like what they promised. They were in and out of the house in less than 45 minutes and did not do a very good job at all.

I called them twice. I spoke with an individual and left a message. I received a call approximately 5 minutes later. There was no voicemail left. I called back and left a voicemail. Two days later I have not received a call back. I attempted to call again and got a voicemail. Do not use them if you actually want a service completed.

Felix is very professional, very organized and very knowledgeable. He responded quickly to our inquiry, scheduled a visit within 24 hours and showed up on time. We went with another contractor but only b/c that individual was able to complete some additional carpentry work that Felix was not. He knows his stuff, runs a tight ship and seems very seasoned. We liked him, we just liked someone else more.

Everything went beautifully! The work was completed quickly and professionally. The floors look brand new! Thank you so much!
