Description of Work: Sanded, stained, and sealed hickory wood floor in kitchen and half bath. Did a super job. Part of the deal was to remove the shoe molding and then replace it--I was a little worried about that but it came out great. Mr. Felix was at times somewhat hard to get in touch with but that was a small price to pay for such a great job.

Description of Work: Mr. Felix was a no-call, no-show for an appointment, then never returned my calls to see what happened. On top of that, he was fairly rude on the phone when I inquired about how quickly he would be able to perform if he decided to take the job.

Description of Work: I made an appointment for estimate with Mr. Felix. He never showed up and called me to let me know he could not come. I left two messages for him to call me. He never called me back. I was very disappointed about his luck of professionalism.
