They came out after hours on a very hot day to fix my unit after they serviced a full days customers. They didn't charge me any more than a regular call.

My current furnace is over 20yrs old and wasn't working as well as it could. First the owner agreed that the current furnace had some life left. He arranged for a technician to come out quickly and fix the issues. Now the furnace is working great but plan on replacing both furnace and air conditioner in the spring. Will be calling this company back to do the work. Trust is huge and I appreciate his efforts to help me without making an immediate sale. I will be rewarding this company with the sale in the spring. Suggested this to another company who also agreed the furnace had more life but when asked for tech to call back to arrange repair, never got a call back. Obviously that company only interested in the big sale not my needs. WAY to GO METRO

They are effective, professional and their pricing is also good. They were willing to get here when I need them.

One of the two owners got very angry at me for coming to his office. I was very comfortable.

The scheduler I spoke with was pleasant. Jim, the technician, was nice, professional, and seemed knowledgeable. I chose "N/A" for quality of work because I don't feel I know enough about it to judge what would be considered great(A) or average (C); I was satisfied.

I WENT ONLINE TO ANGIE'S LIST AT 10:30 AM ON A SATURDAY DURING THE HEAT WAVE, SELECTED METRO AS THE NEAREST PROVIDER WITH A GOOD RATING, AND THEY WERE ON SITE WITHIN AN HOUR SINCE THEY WERE IN THE AREA. JOB WAS COMPLETED BY 1:00 PM THE SAME DAY! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE AND THANKED ME FOR THE BUSINESS. VERY FRIENDLY TOWARDS ANGIE'S LIST CUSTOMERS AS THAT NAME WAS MENTIONED.

FURNACE STOPPED WORKING DAY BEFORE MY HUSBAND WAS DUE HOME FROM HOSPITAL. THEY CAME IMMEDIATELY AT 6:30PM - CHECKED IT OUT AND SENT REPAIRMAN NEXT DAY. THEIR RESPONSIVENESS AND CARING ATTITUDE WAS UNBELIEVABLE. THEY DESERVE HIGHEST RATING.

IT WAS 95 DEGREES OUTSIDE WHEN THE AC NEEDED MAINTENANCE, ALL THE REST OF THE AC COMPANIES TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT ALMOST A WEEK TO GET SERVICE. METRO COULD SQUEEZE ME IN IN TWO DAYS. I WOULD CALL AGAIN.

THIS HEATING & A/C CONTRACTOR IS THE ONLY ONE WE''VE USED FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS. THEY ARE VERY GOOD.
